Pros. This was a quiet paradise inside of an already beautiful paradise. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights (just got home last night) and are already looking ahead to see when we can go back and plan on staying even longer. We went down to Cabo for my good friend's wedding, which was at Dreams Resort. To stay at Dreams, it would have cost us $200/person/night...with that said I had chosen to look elsewhere to stay and San Angel Suites was the best place I found and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The entire staff is extremely helpful. Cali greeted us and runs the place super well. She was very friendly and showed us some spots on a map to check out that were in the downtown/marina area. There is a beach nearby that you can walk to in about 15 minutes and for about 12 of those minutes, you can walk right along the marina on your way there. There are a plethora of restaurants and even an organic shop just 2 minutes away from the property. The property itself was AWESOME and seemed very private as it seemed many people had plans and were on the go. My girlfriend and I did a bit of grocery shopping at the California Market (expensive but so close and didn't need TOO much food, Pacifico and sandwich fixins is really all ya need!) but there is also a convenient shop right next door as well. Not to mention many other options for food. Or you can go to Wal-Mart all 'Merica style if you want! I could have chilled at the property all day, it was so nice and relaxing, almost as if we rented out the whole property! We loved the hot tub area as well as the outdoor chill dining area. I cannot say how much I like this place. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 12 and I can speak for my girlfriend as well. She was VERY pleased as I do most of our bookings as far as hotels, airfare, etc. go. She was in awe and we both soaked in as much as we could in our 5 nights. We plan on coming back within a year and would like to stay longer.
Cons. Nothing to complain about!
Pros. Staff was friendly and awesome to call different places to help us arranging everything. Location is great. Price is great. Room with Kitchen is great also if you wanna do some cooking. Cleaning crew is also good. If you already have you trip planned and know a bit of Spanish to get around, this will probably be the best bang of the buck for staying at Cabo.
Cons. Just a reminder that staff only works from 9am to 5pm and not on Sunday for the suite so ask them for towels/tour info/everything before they leave office.
