Boarded our plane. Then they had to fix bathroom sink issue and couldn’t so we sat on the run way for 55 minutes. Then they finally decided to put us on another plane which took forever and the flight attendent was rude/snarky.

Alaska airline’s employees were very considerate, on both going and returning. I can’t say the same for the tsa employees. They were wonderful leaving Nebraska but their employees in Washington were rude, inconsiderate seemed intolerant towards my age group; I’m 76 and they didn’t try to hide their irritation with my slow pace.

It was unexpected not to board with a jet bridge - the weather was good that day so it was not an issue. It was completely unclear what boarding group was called...there was no monitor with that info.

It was quite chilly on board my flight from SEA to CST. Better than being hot and stuffy, I guess.

I had wonderful flight. Only negative was the entertainment. Because there was not any entertainment on the plane.

The boarding was fine.the crew was efficient and helpful.

The agent was able to get me to LA when i need it. However i need to ask why she charge me 25000 miles for one way to LA. I think she made a mistake. Spirit Airlines only you need 2500miles.

First time flying Alaska airline and I was happy with service!

The flight was smooth, nothing too special. But what frustrated us about our experience with Alaska Airlines is that they were so rough with our luggage that they busted open the bag around our toddler's car seat. The car seat doesn't appear to be damaged, but we do have a part missing. I hope they either mail us the piece that fell off and out of the bag due to their mishandling, or make things right somehow. It's frustrating that they were so rough with our luggage.

Coach seating is debilitating, neither my husband or I can walk the following day

My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even

Great. Flight departed early and arrived early. Deplaning and baggage claim ww were quick.

Forced to check my bag which fit in carry on, boarded and then sat for over an hour waiting to take off with no explanation.

I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight

Extremely dosappoontined and frustrated. Refused entry to lounge in Detroit despite having Delta AMEX Reserve linked in MyDelta phone app as revommended and also having proof of account. No pillows were available for overnight flight to AMS and breakfast was not served in Delta Comfort.

I liked the screens in the seat headrest with movies to watch. I didn’t like being forced to check my carryon bag and being told there wasn’t room for my bag - when there were 5 bins sitting empty on takeoff. I didn’t like the “I don’t give a fig” attitude of the flight attendants and the delta gate attendants when I asked why they decided to put me out. They gave me a 1800 number to call but I can’t get a live person on the phone. Customer service is non existent. My business must not be that important to them.

Was unsure of this flight due to high winds in CVG from Hurricane Helene. Crew did a great job of getting us to CVG safely.

It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK

More up to date movies and a live TV option like ESPN, Fox News or CNN. All they had were movies and Spotify Music and some games. Also, wifi on international flights isn't free for Skymiles members like on domestic flights via T-Mobile.

Smooth boarding and friendly crew. Unfortunately as soon as we boarded the unit that provides air circulation failed. The pilot informed us and requested maintenance technicians to check it out. The plane became uncomfortably warm without any fresh air coming in. Plus the repair delayed our departure. I am glad the maintenance crew were able to fix the problem. I also was without use of my tv monitor for the first 1/3rd of the trip.

Flight was on time arrived at the destination 10min early they kept in touch via email

Communication with the customer and stay is important. Staff off with a minor inconvenience but it worked out of course. Also this was a very old Mint Class plane. They snuck this one in on us. The updated aircraft are much better.

The flight itself was fine, but the boarding process was extremely frustrating. There is no one scanning boarding passes - passengers just scan themselves and enter the jetway. By the time my husband and I got on the plane and were halfway to our seats they determined there were too many bags on the plane and everything at that point needed to be checked. This created a lot of unnecessary chaos. They should have alerted people before getting on the plane that they would need to start checking bags instead of waiting until people were already on the plane.

The best flight I’ve had in a while. The plane was like 25% capacity, if that. Smoothest boarding and deplaning process I’ve ever experienced. Wish all flights were this smooth.

Did not enjoy this flight at all. All of my coworkers flew delta and I chose JetBlue because I really value how simple the WiFi and entertainment is and this flight I didn’t get either. Crew staff was unsympathetic to my system not working, everyone I asked for help with was extremely bothered by my request for help.

In flight on demand didn't work at our seats. Only a single beverage/snack run.

Little snafu at boarding. Staff communicated with gate poorly. Flight attendant was rude making disembark early. This was an older mint class. Needs an overhaul for sure. Food was good. The male flight attendant was really nice.

My encounter with the entertainment services provided on board was moderate; the functionality of the Wi-Fi connection was either sluggish or nonoperational, while the display screens were antiquated and suffered from poor visibility. On the positive side, the cabin exuded a sense of expansiveness, and the crew exhibited amiable and accommodating behavior throughout the journey.

Everything was great except for some reason crew and ground crew could not figure out how to deal with an electric wheelchair and it delayed us 20-30mins. Was pretty frustrating for passengers and the captain.

Seats are outdated. Entertainment relies on personal device. Boarding was delayed due to inaccurate passenger tracking, resulted in late arrival at Reno.

The free snack options are pretty pitiful for a 2.40h flight.

Good even though flight was delayed, the crew was prompt and efficient.

We had a 90 minute delay due to equipment failure that was detected just before we took off. United rebooked my connecting flight.

More water distribution throughout flight. Food quality poor and hot items delivered not hot on both attempts. Not United Standards

My flight was completely full. Making me very stressful with people walking around all the time. I believe airlines can do better for entertain people during the flight.

American switched my flight to a 5 hour layover then cancelled my whole reservation with no notice and refused refund. Won’t fly with them again.

Flight delayed from rdu due to too much fuel. Had to stay overnight in dfw. Food vouchers inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast

Flight was good. However, they had everyone board the plane then made us sit there on the tarmac for an hour plus due to maintenance issues. Besides that flight attendant and pilot were amazing.

Was able to get on early due to being short of breathe. Agents very helpful.

I missed my connecting flight despite requesting a wheelchair and had to wait at the airport for an additional four hours

WiFi was not working from pos to Mia…. As well as they rushed us to the gate as if the flight was already here and leaving shortly when the plane never even arrived and took off until the scheduled time so then why rush us to the gate and have us thinking we will miss our flight.

The boarding process was a nightmare and though we were traveling business class, we were in Group 2 and the organization was terrible. The Business Class on this flight was crowded and did not feel clean and nice. Overall, I would not travel Business again on the American Airline flight through British Airways Not nearly special enough for the considerable cost .

The First class experience was really good!! Customer service was excellent.

It was really good. The boarding was good and smooth. They even checked our carry ons if you wanted to without any charge.
