Cons. When trying to book the room online, the website told me the room was no longer available after submitting. I found and booked another room at a different hotel and then received a confirmation email for the first hotel room. Upon calling the hotel to cancel, I was told that there was "nothing they could do" and I was stuck with paying for both rooms.
