1. Walkable to the ADO bus station 2. Very clean & great mattress!!! 3. Staff were absolutely incredible! They looked after our suitcase for a few days while we went to Cuba for the weekend and wanted to travel light.
1. Stayed two nights a week apart so had different rooms... the room facilities/toiletries were not consistent I.e. the first room had a fridge, the second room didn’t, also the toiletries varied. We only stayed one night either side of another visit so it didn’t particularly bother us. 2. Little chaotic at breakfast if you go too late, double booking tables etc. 3. Very little to dislike about this hotel tbh! I can’t think of anything else!

The air conditioner in the room was so noisy, we couldn't sleep. We turned it off and the room got so hot we couldn't sleep.

“Overall a great stay if your wanting to stay in downtown Cancun. Close enough walk to catch the bus to hotel zone that runs 24/7. Staff are very accommodating for all your needs. Facilities are kept clean and the breakfast included was good.”
