With a stay at Urbantel Hotel in Lucena, you'll be a 5-minute walk from Quezon Convention Center and 5 minutes by foot from Lucena Perez Park. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and microwave in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Its Clean.
Cons: No private parking space and resto. Table inside is too small to use for work.
Pros: The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. There's a common pantry where you can take your meal, reheat food and water is always available. There's also a convenience store downstairs open 24hrs.
Pros: The night shift staff is very helpful. The room is clean so far.
Cons: Neighbor's are too loud. I didn't get enough rest when i stayed.
Pros: In town
Cons: Need to have refrigerator in room's
Pros: Fast check in, clean and comfy room, good shower with warm water.
Cons: The aircon was a bit loud.
Cons: They dont clean the room during my stay
Pros: Best location, walking distance to the church and to all places you wanted to go to like, wet market, dept stores, nearby friends' house, nearby restaurants.
Cons: Well parking only, because if there's several clients with vehicle and you're the last one to park and there's no available .. its going to be a problem.. but I hope they will give us a parking. Ever since we go to Lucena and we check-in at Urbantel, we never experience that, so far. Aside from that, they never honor PWD discount.
Pros: The hotel was in the centre of the city which was good for my purpose.
Cons: Very near the busy street so it was bit noisy from the vehicles but expected that.
Pros: In town centre close to restaurants and shops
Cons: No hair dryer, no safety deposit box, wardrobe far too small - I had to pay for extra pillows and blanket
Pros: Value for money and customer service is very good!
Pros: The management and staff are very helpful, accommodating, and attentive to my needs; ambiance is very relaxing; conveniently located; free use of bike!!!; the hammock; the Cafe; the coffee; the cute clay arts!
Cons: Limited number of hammocks, some furniture and nooks need cleaning and refurbishing; the room where I stayed is close to the food preparation area making it a little noisy and distracts me from my quiet time; the cucumber-mansi is too sweet; the adobo is a bit salty.
Pros: I am very pleased with my stay. The place is lovely and the staff are very accommodating. It's everything I'm looking for in a hotel, the room is quite unique and the entire place is filled with antique and art pieces which is perfect for the old soul that I am. I love the sprawling lawns and you can even use their bicycles for free. Will definitely be back.
Pros: The big garden and the homey/cozy feeling of the place - like my grandmas wide garden, old wooden furniture and best of all the home cooked food - DE-LICIOUS
Cons: Toilets and shower can be improved. Wet floor and tatty shower curtains can be difficult to get past by. Also some block out blinds would be good. As I would have loved to sit by the chairs in the veranda to cool off and listen to the night sounds but the next door guests complained they can not sleep due to the light filtering in. That was a real bummer. A veranda you could not enjoy at night.
Pros: the atmosphere and the people
Pros: Staff at reception and the restaurant. Restaurant ambiance. Artworks.
Cons: Security guard at the gate was not properly-uniformed and was not helpful initially about directing us to property entrance. Ground and floor levels are of varying heights, not fit for seniors, especially at bathroom and walkways.
Pros: The ambiance and theme was amazing.
Cons: Comfort Rooms to be made a bit bigger and cleaner
Pros: The ambience is quaint with unpretentious beauty. The area is larger that what it seems in the picture. We had Room 11 for our overnight stay and the space is more than enough for the 6 of us. Tastefully decorated with the basic stuff. Their food is delicious and reasonably price plus the staff are easy to transact with. Overall, we had a lovely stay in Casa San Pablo. Highly recommended.
Pros: I love the cozy place! I hope we stayed longer! Feels like home!
Pros: The food was great.
Cons: The pool did not meet my expectation. It was really old.
Pros: The first thing to mention is the extremely helpful, friendly and kind owner couple. The room is very large, huge dining table, well equiped kitchen and fridge, 2 double beds, sleeping sofa and a lot of space for additional beds, provided by the owner. Eight people easily could fit into the rooms. Really nothing at all to complain about the room itself. Not many restaurants around, so the owner lady prepared breakfast and dinner for us during our stay. Parking space on public road but belonging to the hotel. A supermarket is just beside the hotel. Wifi was not easy to log in, but then ok.
Cons: The location is on a busy street, but not too much traffic in the night hours. Small advice: check the exact location and how the hotel looks like on Google street view. There is no big sign or name at the hotel.
Pros: It was huge and clean. Close to diversion road in Lucena and Ecotourism road, also there's a supermarket next to the hotel.
Cons: You will hear the noise from vehicles outside all day and all night, it was noisy for light sleepers like us so we didn't get any good sleep. Maybe upgrade your windows and door to block off noise from outside. Someone from the neighborhood burned their garbage in the morning so we woke up from the smell of smoke after getting only about 2 hours of sleep.
Pros: The breakfast was good however, they only served for 4 people but we booked for 5 persons, 4 adult and 1 kid.
Pros: I like the location as it is near the city proper of Lucena. There is a grocery just beside the The Guest House. Caretaker are staying just right at the downstairs so easy to reach them if you need anything. Staff are very accommodating. You will really feel how important you are to them. Bed, dining sofa are all comfortable. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Wifi is fast.
Cons: Nothing. Almost all from facilities to its location are all excellent for me. I just want to suggest to invest in rice cooker and microwave oven as an additional kitchenware.
Pros: Spacious and very clean Excellent breakfast
Cons: Nothing not to like
Pros: big, clean and worth the price!
Cons: Maybe they just have to provide big signage or lighted signage so that it is noticeable at night
Pros: The location is right beside the highway. If you're looking for an accessible area, this this is the best place.
Cons: Limited parking space and vehicle noises on the road side.
Pros: great staff! very friendly and accomodating. they respond quickly to requests.and facilities inside the room are complete.
Cons: windows could be improved - noise proof ones. it is along the road so you can hear cars pass by
When you stay at Zacona Eco-Resort and Biblical Garden in San Pablo, you'll be 9 minutes by car from Villa Escudero. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast is tummy-filling, superb!
Cons: Far away from the city. The swimming pool is dirty
Pros: the room was very spacious as well as the bathroom
Pros: Staff, place and breakfast
Cons: Noise during the night because of videoke singers with unpleasant voice
Cons: The road leading to the place was not all that paved
Pros: The owners of the venue are friendly and accommodating. Clean room and comfort room which we are very particular. If you like a place near the city which offers quiet, relaxing and for meditation... this is the place to be.
Cons: Should offer short orders for lunch and dinner, but they offer free breakfast which is great. Should be adding additional facilities such as strong WIFI and TVs, additional road lighting would be great as well.
Pros: I like the fact that it was like a home. THe only thing was that there was no TV and the internet is kinda poor on the unit we stay. Apart from this the guys incharge is very accomodating. Thumbs up for kuya manong.
Cons: No TV and poor internet
Pros: The staff is very nice, breakfast is great with plenty of fruits upon request, the rooms are super clean, the terrace is big.
Cons: The owner rent the pool to external events/visitors so they can be noisy until midnight
Pros: The staff are very nice

The nearest airport is Manila International Airport, 79 km from the property. Guests can enjoy meals at the in-house restaurant and drinks at the bar. Room service is also available.
Pros: Good food, good location and ambience. spacious rooms. good design and location of rooms as well, most of them provide a view of the pool and the fish pond/restaurants. There's hot water in the showers.
Cons: We booked four rooms, the most expensive one (villa) was the one with no amenities at all (no fridge, coffee, water, minibar, etc) The aircons in all rooms are loud, the shower's hot water "trickles", and if one needs more water when bathing, better use the bucket and dipper. What really needs improvement is their service. It took a long time for ordering food (no waiters are there when you need them), getting the food, asking for the bill, and paying. We started lunch at 1:15pm (ordering food) and took until almost 4pm to pay for the full meal.
Pros: Their foods okey
Cons: Many ants inside & outside the room
Cons: Cr is not that clean and the room and the lenens are not that clean and with bugs
Pros: Its nature...located at the foit/slope of mountain full of green trees and plants. The hotel cottage made if woods
Cons: Poor maintenance...
Pros: Friendly staffs
Cons: Given that the property was at the hill and there were a lot of trees but they should secure that the rooms are free from mosquitos...and its too dark only few lights the way...food at air gourmet was ok but as for the resort's free breakfast it was not so good
Pros: location and food at the Fishers Lake
Cons: bathroom, hot & cold shower was not working properly waiter at the Air Summit not so accomodating
Pros: Sadly I didn't like much about the place at all. The staff were polite but not trained enough, Very disappointed
Cons: It was filthy from the moment we're checked in. There were electrical cables loose right next to the bath. Spiderwebs in the room where it hadn't been cleaned. Strains on the sheets and on the cushions. Ants running all through the room. Also they have building work going on that wakes you up early. They are displaying satisfaction certificates that are 9 years out of date. This place might have been nice 9 years ago but it's awful now. After complaining we had to wait 3 hours for another room. When we changed room it basically had every single problem the first room had. I regret booking this place. Even if it was clean and well looked after it's definitely not worth the money. Keep well clear of this place
Pros: the breeze
Cons: the hot and cold shower and refrigerator are not functioning. there is no complementary bottled water or coffee in the room.
Cons: Very nice location and secure
Pros: While the room and bathroom definitely did NOT meet our expectations of a room worth P6400 a night, the staff should be commended.
Cons: Toilet flush was not working properly. There was a frog inside the bathroom. For a room worth P6,400 a night, this is definitely NOT value for money.
