Cons (-) Disappointed that the fire alarm went off twice, no hot water in the morning, and they only took off 20% off one night of the hotel bill. Besides that it was good

Cons (-) Front desk staff were very unprofessional. One man at the front desk argued with me when I complained about a slamming door that kept us up all night, rather than trying to help! I had to investigate myself to solve the problem. Staff could use some lessons in hospitality. Also, I had to ask for my baby's cot 3 times, before it finally arrived at 10PM.
