Cons (-) Showed up and waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Once they arrived they did not have our reservation through Kayak and hotels.com, had proof of confirmation and proof of transaction in banking app. Did nothing to help us and essentially just shrugged their shoulders. We ended up just paying for another room as we were so exhausted. So in the end we paid double for an awful ex...
