The cockroaches,shower fell apart,bath water was yellow,microwave was melted inside,refrigerator was broken, the 2nd floor was 30 degrees hotter than the 1st, was told there was a pool open upon booking but it was not open, hair on pillow, mold in tub.

The black mold in the shower walls, the black mold on the shower curtain. The dust on every flat surface. The refrigerator did not work. There were roaches.

Nothing I hated it point blank

Everything the room had roaches in it and the sheets were dirty the phone did not work. They brought me a iron that was broken and messed my clothes up and the refrigerator had bugs.

I was part of a group that stayed 3 nights at the Embassy Suites - Ridgeland. Out of four rooms only one thermostat worked properly. All four rooms were freezing...nice but cold! Thermostat was set at 67 and dropping. The first room had to have two space heaters, the second the thermostat had to be set at 90 and it took almost 8hrs to warm the room...but then we couldn't get the thermostat off 90 even though we dropped it all the way down to 60. We had to eventually turn the unit off. The 3rd room stayed cold! I see back in 2011 the same complaint was made over 3yrs later and the thermostat's are still not working properly!

Despite the cold and/or hot rooms. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was great and enjoyed by the entire group. The evening snacks each evening was also a nice treat. It would have been nice if the bar was placed in another area as the common sitting area for all was shared. Shopping (expensive) & restaurants near by. Fix the thermostat... as we enjoyed all the other features of the hotel.

The hotel was clean, check in was less than a minute, the room was ready, spacious and clean. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was solid. The hotel perfectly met my needs for the weekend.

Pool and workout room, rooms are bigger than expected

Breakfast not included, tv malfunction but maintenance brought a DVD player which kept the kids happy

The desk/manager was responsive when I complained about a broken security latch and changed it within 10 minutes.

Was further north of Jackson than I expected, carpet, comforter, and chair were stained. Room smelled of smoke in the air but i was a nonsmoking room. The smoke detector had been removed. The bathtub was patched with cardboard.

It was located near every type of store ypu could think of which made staying there convienant.

The linen on the sofa sleeper looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. The ironing board was broken.

The room had a partitioned living area from the bed area which made relaxing in the room very nice.

They did not have electric vehicle (EV) accommodations. Other hotels in the area did; however, because we had to stay in the same hotel as our team, I was not able to book accommodations elsewhere. As I own a electric vehicle, I will not be staying at any Hyatt hotels in the future. Our team booked approx. 50 rooms for the weekend. Most of the team had to be at the local convention center (approx. 15-20 min drive) early in the morning. The hotel would not accommodate us by opening their breakfast at 6:30 instead of their usual 7:00. on Sunday. I received an email from the manager indicating they are very accommodating and will do anything to please their hotel guest. All WORDS as they did not demonstrate it by not only NOT replying to my email concerning their EV accommodations but also by not opening 30 minutes early for breakfast to allow our players to eat at the hotel.

Thanks much for use of your 210v CP. SUGGESTION: I mentioned this when I checked out-- clearly mark on pavement or wall or better still BOTH that the parking space in front out the outlet is RESERVED FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES. I always worried the well worn traffic cone kindly provided and found hidden the scrubs would be ignored/moved.

Availability of ice. Had to ask Receptionist & she had to go to the kitchen to provide.

I like the hotel's location and it's breakfast.

I didn't like that I had a room that had wet carpet and it had a smell that was coming from the carpet being wet. The front desk clerk on the first night we got there, had a bad attitude and he argued with the customer. He was impatient and he showed it.

The TV swivels so you can watch it from the couch or the bed.

Rude staff, no one at the desk after 11:00pm, strong odor in common area, bathroom is so small you have to almost stand in the bath tub to open the door.

The rooms had been updated and renovated.

Check-in was a long process because employees didn't know what they were doing. Some of the rooms I had booked were not cleaned upon arrival(5 pm). Not all rooms that I had booked had working A/C unit. With that being said. The hotel staff gladly helped us change to a different room.
