Cons: The room was close to a Live music bar. Loud music till midnight. However, the band was good and cover selections great.
Pros: It was clean and staff was nice
Cons: Not on lake like advertised
There was no mirror other than the bathroom. My Mom said she couldn't stay there on the way back from dinner. We told the owners wife when we returned that it was not going to work so we left the key in the room per her instructions then packed up and left without spending any night. I left my phone no on Wed but still have not heard from anyone concerning a refund for 2 nights paid not used. Will not book through Priceline in the future based on experience unless someone makes it right. Cabin was misrepresented online.
Pros: Close to lake area
Cons: I checked my Mom in. There was not a chair to sit in. There was never anyone in the office to help. The owner driving by saw me leave the empty offfice and handed me a dirty lawn chair from the back of his pickup which we couldn't sit in w dress clothes.
When we booked the hotel it was because PriceLine's website said it was 4 miles from where we were attending a wedding. Turned out it was 22 miles from where we were attending a wedding. This was not the hotels fault but rather pricelines. That is why Priceline is receiving such a low score! We tried to cancel the reservation but we would have been charged $50! This is unacceptable! We will probably not use PriceLine in the future!
Pros: Full Kitchen
Cons: Shower and toilet felt like it was going to fall through the floor.
Too close to road..not in woods or on the lake.
Pros: The kitchenette
Cons: The website for this hotel made it appear that the cabins were on the lake but its not. Its not far from lake, but not on it. Near the boat ramps. Also cabin is near major street so u can hear the cars passing by at night. Owner was very friendly.
