Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the quality of the breakfast. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including construction dust, dirty bathrooms, and poorly maintained pools. The pool is often not functional or clean, and some guests experienced problems with room assignments and amenities. While some rooms are spacious, others are described as small or not matching the reservation. Overall, the hotel has strong service and breakfast, but needs improvement in cleanliness and pool maintenance.
