Cons. When I arrived at 12, my room was not going to be ready until 2. The staff did not offer to help me with luggage, and did not tell me there was protected parking under the hotel. I had a very large bag, and because there is no elevator I opted to leave it in my car... BAD idea. The first night my back window was smashed in and my whole bag was stolen. I feel if the staff had been more helpful, my car and luggage would have been secure.
