Pros: unfortunately I did not have breakfast at the hotel as I had to be at the meeting. The room was excellent, very comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
Cons: Location was a little far from the Congress Center but well located in terms of other areas I visited.

Cons: A bit out of the way from downtown action but cabs are cheap and easy to get in and out if you have a car
7.9 Good
Pros: Excellent staff & service, great hotel amenities!
Cons: The airco/ventilation system was too noisy (even on the lowest fan setting). After a couple of hours of not getting any sleep, I finally turned it off completely, but the air in the room of course eventually become quite stuffy. Not sure if this noise level is normal or not, I've stayed at the hotel several times before I don't recall having this issue on previous occasions.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was amazing, lovely room and great facilities. Staff were so helpful. Pool is amazing and we used the spa too which was great, although treatments are on the pricey side! Breakfast was incredible, everything you can think of to choose from.
Cons: Not sure I can comment on the location, we were only there for one night and so not sure how easy it would be to get to the center of Lisbon.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The modern decor in an old-world city was a welcome surprise. And the innovative balcony doors were excellent-- which could allow air in without allowing unauthorized access.
Cons: The in-room table was dirty, with circles left behind from previous guests cups. The button to flush the toilet had both fingerprints and was sticky.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: great location, noce rooms, friendly staff, exceptional views from rooftop and restaurant
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice accommodation in the heart of Lisbon. Good and hygienic spa. Good beds. Very quiet, good and silent airco. Very good restaurants nearby and easy to catch a taxi or tuktuk to explore the city.
Cons: View from the rooms.
6.2 Good
Pros: Location was excellent
Cons: ...but couldn't get over the floors- just slabs of cold, scratched up concrete- no carpet/rug/wood- felt like was in a hospital- but at least hospitals use linoleum. Walls were also just plain white, so felt even more stark. Staff also not super helpful, they seemed bothered by any guest asking them questions
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, quiet street in lively neighbourhood, very central and close to metro station. Facilities were excellent. Though I didn't use it, nice rooftop bar and restaurant with views over the city.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great and helpful staff, I can’t remember the last time I was shown to my hotel room! Perfect location, pool, bar, all good!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was superb.
Cons: Nothing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Superb location -- central to many shops, restaurants and sights we wanted to see. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Helpful staff at the front desk.
Cons: The bathroom had an unusual sink -- extremely shallow (like, 2 inches deep), making it easy to spill over. One day the hot water went out for the whole morning, and didn't return until early afternoon. Front desk staff said it was a city problem, not the hotel's fault, but it did cause some schedule adjustments for us.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location and the super little square with the bars and restaurants just steps away. The room and bathroom whilst 'compact' were very nicely appointed. But what was really fantastic were the reception staff - they really made it for us x They were so helpful with maps and directions etc .... and then I had a problem with a hire car and the duty manager (who had clearly finished work for the afternoon and was heading home) went in and battled for me over the phone (as I don't speak Portuguese) I feel so bad I missed his name - but he was an absolute champion and a credit to himself and the property x They were all chatty without being pushy and always had a smile to share x
Cons: Our room was on the ground floor facing the road ..... the street is quiet but I found I had to close the shutters all the time otherwise people can peer in as they are walking past. I would request a different room next time. The service in the restaurant was poor (especially when compared to the energised reception staff) x they huddled around chatting to each other alot (including the supervisor) .... I had to get up twice to get someone's attention to place orders ..... and then no empty plates and glasses were collected x we went to different venues in the city after 2 separate experiences like this.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything - super friendly staff, saving our luggage before and after our stay, we arrived too early, it was raining so they offered to use shower and rest rooms in Spa area while waiting for our room to get cleaned. Talking about the Spa - it was one of many highlights. It was included in the price (everything but massages, obviously). There was a steambath, a hottub, a sauna, a warm pool and decent space to relax. The room was super clean, comfy and athmospheric. It was towards a little streat, but the windows really reduced noises during daytime to a not noticible minimum during daytime, during nights there wasnt any car driving anyways. The included breakfast was like a brunch - you could go until 10:30am and there was plenty of decent food, drinks (coffee, tea, Cappuccino, even Champagne). The minibar was comolimentary and filled daily. Summing it up - it was a perfect stay, worth every of the 4 stars.
Cons: Nothing

8.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was lovely and the concierge,Rachel, was wonderful She helped us put together a private tour with a driver, Abel. He showed us Sintra as well as many important sites in Lisbon. She also helped us with all of our questions and seemed really interesed in us. The hotel itself is quite lovely and the view from the 9th floor is amazing Our price, thanks you, was wonderful.
Cons: Although I checked in on line a day before arrival, our room was not ready. When they gave us a key, someone was in the room. Finally when we finally got in the room, it was not the twin beds I had requested. The last full day we were there, we came back to find a key in the electric switch. This hotel is very careless about keys. Prices for breakfast in the hotel were ridiculous.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I stayed here on the last day of our honeymoon and it was lovely. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side but by no means cramped and very clean, done in a beautiful light blue, light green, and white palette. The lobby is spacious with lovely green tile. The staff was very friendly and helped suggest an affordable local restaurant nearby, which was delicious. We didn't have a chance to go in the pool, but the staff let us in to look at it after it had closed, which was very nice. It looked very lovely as well. We didn't have a lot of money to spend and found a great deal and were treated very well by the staff.
Cons: The view on our room (one of the cheapest ones) did not have a good view, but I guess that is to be expected (it looked out over some flat rooftops with astroturf). One small thing, when we went out during the day my husband was dressed in a t-shirt and jeans and one the doormen sort of implied that he was looking for the wrong building, but it wasn't overtly rude, he just tried to stop him and ask if he could help direct him before he went in the door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfy bed, nice pool area, good location, friendly staff, good food.
Cons: Pool temperature was too cold.
6.2 Good
Cons: When we (group of six people) book with paid in full and check in to hotel, we DID NOT know that we have to pay the taxes 2 euros per day and the person help to check in did not mention that either. After we signed our name on the card which we DID NOT see the taxes 2 euros per day on the card, but when we check out someone put that taxes 2 euros per day on the card afterward. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. IT IS THE MATTER OF PRINCIPLE. They can put any amount on the card after we signed. We REFUSED to pay the taxes. I hope that the hotel do not charge us.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location. Perfect to have nice walk around city and I everything is available around hotel.
Cons: No complaints.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Clean and location
Cons: Staff is ok, but the so called lady executive mgr was not friendly and not try to solve problems. She did not try to make a six dollar error on a 3 nite stay. She said that mistake had to make by their executive DIRECTOR . That six dollar had to charge when we check out( they did not tell us when we checked in. And our was a PREPAID stay). The washing sink basin was made of kind of soft pastic( in a 4, 5 star hotel ??).
7.0 Good
Pros: Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of choice.
Cons: We stayed at the hotel for a week in August and the room was prefect. The second time we stayed at the hotel they put us in a room on the 7th floor. Big mistake!! It was very noisy because of the club/restaurant upstairs. We were awake till the early hours of the morning. I addressed the problem the following morning and the staff were extremely helpful and apologetic and moved us to another room without a hesitation.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The super comfy bed and the fact that they had a europcar rental office next door.
Cons: The staff were horrible. Check in took longer than needed. The staff interrupted us to finish their conversations with one another. Housekeeping came for turndown at 4:00?? Concierge was very standoffish.
7.0 Good
Pros: Everything
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location and friendly staff. Must visit skybar and Seen restaurant both on the rooftop
Cons: Small bathroom

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Did not expect much from this hotel as it was not located directly at city center. But it exceeded our expectations based on their service and the porter at the lobby. The room was clean and spacious. I chose this hotel because I need to travel by car to the west side and if I were to stay at City center, I will be stuck in the jam. The location of this hotel allows me to go directly to the highway. The nearest metro is about 5mins walk away and 3 stops to City Centre or the Station to other city like Sintra. Supermarket is 10 mins walk away.
Cons: - No swimming pool (heard it will be built soon) - No hot water or coffee machine in the room - I find the bath tub slightly higher so take note when coming down after a bath in the bath tub

Pros: Excellent and friendly staff. Nice sized indoor pool. Healthy but doable walk to scenic areas and metro.
Cons: Has the "modern" room set up with a glass door bathroom, so the other person is disturbed by the light shining through. Beware that you will be charged 2.5 euros for each coffee pod beyond the two offered! Gym is small but workable.

Pros: 1. The food at the buffet-restaurant was fantastic. The best quality of food at a buffet I've ever had. 2. The people at the hotel where very informative, friendly and accomodating. 3. The facilities where all high quality. loved it.
Cons: NOTE: I've already made these recommendations to the staff at the counter. 1. The chairs in the rooms need to have felt pads added to the feet of the legs. When moving a chair (dragging it accross the floor), it creates a loud screaching sound that can be heard in the room below. AND it ruins the floor. 2. The bed in our room was a little lumpy. (not flat). 3. The desk in the office room was a little crowded and hard to use as a desk with the TV sitting on top of it. It would make more sense to mount the TV on the wall (as in the bedroom) so the desk would have space to use it. 4. The entrance area of the hotel suite could use a hanger system, or hook set, to put your coat after entering the suite.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Great hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. A bit far from the main attractions of Lisbon, but there's a train and metro stop across the road, which makes it easy to get around.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nice indoor swimming pool
Cons: Facilities are not anywhere near five star standards. The facilities are of four star standards at the most. The do not disturb sign didn’t work in our room. The room is also on the small side. The reception staff was really slow when we checked in. Room service is also not efficient. There can be noise at random times of the day due to construction work (we stayed at the 3rd floor).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, especially the beds. The location excellent, the ambience of the hotel beautiful and the overall feeling was that the hotel belongs to a large capital city. Very well structured.
Cons: There is nothing that you can't like in this hotel.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It had good conference facilities.
Cons: The location is in a dull, out of the way district. The rooms are too small. The small amount of counter space was cluttered with overpriced offerings for food and drink. The check in and checkout procedures were inefficient and time consuming .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow!Tough question especially when the product is first class and ran like a "well oiled machine".
Cons: There is nothing I can say to improve perfection

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole property was immaculate. Exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and well maintained. Plus it is very centrally located. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and so was the bathroom. There is a fabulous lounge where you can relax after walking all day. Breakfast was more than the usual tired cold meat and ham with cereal on the side. There was a choice of cereal, a large bowl of natural yogurt and a bowl of fresh fruit salad. Three bowls of seeds to add and a selection of three jams plus marmalade. Three types of bread, croissants, scrambled egg, fresh juice and of course meat and cheese. A jug of coffee and a coffee capsule machine plus vagarious types of tea in bags. A nice touch is the bottle of water added to the room each day plus hot and cold drinks with cake late in the afternoon. This was very welcome after a long day out. Both of these inclusive of the price. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - we have stayed in a number of properties on our various city breaks and this was by far the best.
Cons: A small recommendation would be to add a small shelf next to the basin in the bathroom and to remove one of the drawers in the wardrobe to allow for longer hanging space.
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast and community room is an excellent addition The staff did their best to make everyone comfortable
Cons: The location was ok - a lot of homeless people and noise - very sad The shower was not good - shower head kept coming off and the hot water did not stay on

Cons: The breakfast is average, diversified, lots of products still could be of a higher standard
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are very clean quiet and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent with quite a selection.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the bed and linen with my back issues I needed a firm bed and this superceded my expectations. I also liked the renovated bathrooms which also exceeded my expectations. The breakfast that was included in the price of my room was well worth the money and I certainly received value for money. Finally a point which most would not be looking for is an attention to detail by the front desk staff and a friendliness that was unexpected. Another item that set this hotel apart from others I have stayed at was the attention to detail by the host that greeted our party. The scenario that developed is as follows the juice bar was being refilled by one of the servers and a little of the juice was spilled. Before the server could leave the area because he did not see that he had made a slight spill of the juice he just replenished. The host spotted the mess and had it immediately cleaned. This attention to detail far superceded my own expectation and I do a lot of vacation travelling. Excellent job by the hotel staff... I most definatley will use this hotel when revisiting Portugal. Regards,
Cons: I can honestly say the only thing which did not affect my stay but marred an otherwise spectacular showing was the desk and closet in the room required some TLC to bring it up to the same standard as the rest of the room. There were little scratches all over the tables and closet space from wear and tear.. However, this did not in anyway demish my perception of the hotel and my stay. I suspect if I was travelling for business it might be a little different but as a pleasure traveller it suited my need and surpassed my expectations.
