Nice stay and location
Good location near a metro stop With easy access to the city center, and close to the airport. The breakfast was the nicest Novotel breakfast I've had. Made to order omelettes and a variety of nice food. Clean rooms and a good rate for when we were there.
The view isn't pretty, and the area of town is just so so right around the hotel. But when you are in a big city you can't expect too much more.

The rooms are of very good quality, big and comfortable. Breakfast is good also offering you a wide variety of choices. Free internet was also very convenient
A warmer arrival from the reception at the checkin staff would be a plus.

Me and my family felt great in our holliday at Lisbon. The hotel staff was very profesional and we will return every time with pleasure in the Novotel network.
The gym room doesn't have an instructor and all the kids are playing there eventhough the gym is not for them. I think it is dangerous for kids and for others.

Located in central Lisbon, with easy access to transport, the Novotel hotel is convenient for family vacations or business trips. It is located 500 yards from Lisbon Zoo, near the Gulbenkian Foundation. The restaurant and bar are perfect for relaxing and socializing. After a gym workout, why not head to the outdoor pool if the weather is nice? There are also 10 meeting rooms with plenty of natural light.
