Lifts were dodgy had to drag my cases up 72 stairs to get to my room ( disabled partner ). Bath panel cracked and broken, lino round toilet seat wasnt flush, stained carpets, and bar was never open to get a relaxing drink, wont be back 😡😡😡😡
