Nice rooftop with beautiful view. Not sure the pool is very clean but there are lots of chairs to lay on. The staff is really nice and attentive, they met my request of a room with a view and also let me check out late when I wasn’t feeling well. This is a cool hotel in an old building that I will return to! Great value for money.
Pros. The location is perfect for what we like to do...exploring the walled city and going to local places and engaging with local people. We have traveled quite extensively and always like to stay in older hotels with character. Its very interesting but you just have to be prepared for the inperfections that comes with an older building.
Cons. The cleaning crew are very nosiy. They converse by shouting at one another in the hallway with their intercom buzzing. Keeping in mind that this is an old edifice and the walls are thin. If you like to take naps....it may be a challenge.
