Pros: The beach was beautiful, you can actually see your feet in the water. Wonderful! Wonderful!
Cons: We had no idea a lot of places were closed on Sunday's.
Pros: Beautiful view of the sea...best sea water, virtually no waves, shallow, and turquoise....nice for swimming...lifeguards on duty...modern kitchen and bathroom... quiet with partying down the road.
Cons: Must pack a lunch for beaching because the cafe on the beach isn't always open, but when it is .... Great snacks, beers, and soft drinks...cash only.
Pros: Very comfortable apartments which include cooking facilities, microwave etc (although we ate out) overlooking Bucco Bay. There are three restaurants in this small village, a quiet location. As a visitor who only had a few days it was great to have Patsy to answer all our questions. Importantly we did not have a car so we required a taxi throughout our stay and Patsy recommended Wayne who was excellent and toured us around the island during our stay. Lovely to sit out in the garden watching the sun set relaxing with a drink. Good beach about 5 min walk from apartment. Boat trips can be arranged from the jetty (Capt Phillips)
Cons: Should have arranged a longer visit.
Pros: The view was wonderful. We were within walking distance from the beach
Cons: Beds had thin sheets Blankets or comforters recommended
Pros: I loved the cleanliness and peacefulness of the apt. The host was amazing. Ms Patsy always had a smile on her face and always determined to make sure we had an amazing stay. The view is breath taking from the back yard, Especially the sunset. My wife and i wish we could stay longer.
Pros: Hosts were able to meet needs without a fuss. The views on the property were beautiful
Cons: Bed a bit too firm for my liking. AC could've been a bit more chilly
When you a stay at The Naturalist Beach Resort in Castara, you'll be on the beach, just steps from Windward Islands and Castara Beach. Featured amenities include a business center and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff were a pleasure and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is right on the beach (depending which room you get) and the views are gorgeous. The hummingbirds swarm at the feeders and Castara itself is very friendly. We appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms. We loved our time here.
Cons: The wooden walls in the apartment are slightly reminiscent of a ski chalet and perhaps to western eyes look slightly dated. Don’t come here if you’re looking for swish and swanky. Do if you’re looking for a relaxed laid back vibe
Pros: Location - really beautiful. Suite of rooms - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony excellent. Staff - very helpful.
Pros: Grouper room, huge countertop kitchen, modern bathroom, huge deck, bbq grill, patio dining set complete with chairs, beach loungers, outdoor shower for beach use, everything within the village including ATM.Tracey, Ancel, and Yvette!
Cons: Breakfast was wonderful...No lunch and dinner? Hahaha!
Pros: Our room 'Shark' had ideal location by the beach; watching pelicans diving for fish, stingrays swimming along the beach. Birdtrays outside the apartment had hummingbirds constantly feeding. That was all before leaving the premises and visiting rainforest trails and parks.
Cons: Although the bathroom facilities were resonable they could have done with an update. Could not find many english language tv channels.
Pros: The location of this property was absolutely perfect! Breakfast was great - not a lot of choices but it works and it was delicious for what they served.
Pros: Stunning position and excellent and friendly service!
Pros: The owner and staff were both extremely accommodating and friendly. The view was astounding.
Pros: Amazing accommodation right on the beach. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Will go back and stay there again ASAP
Pros: Location is unique and a genuine paradise
Cons: Some may find lack of solid glass windows produces the sounds of lapping waves right at your feet - we loved it as it was natural but hard to air condition effectively when temperatures high

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very handy for the airport, a little too close when the large jets come in but not enough to stop you from staying there. Food is excellent 4 course evening meal for around £20, breakfast really good. Staff friendly and mostly very efficient. The garden rooms are rather dark, pool rooms light with patio glass doors so definitely better when the hotel is quiet.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Cons: Even though its a retreat i still think the rooms should include some modern features like a mini refrigerator and a television or radio Also had to wait pretty long for breakfast to be served. Overall beautiful garden and clean pool
Pros: It was a good location . Good food in the restaurant.
Cons: The shower was a bit slow ( but more a problem with the water supplier than the hotel)
Pros: The location was great, close to the airport, Store Bay and the Pigeon Point beach. The food was good, bed comfy, and the garden with hammocks very relaxing. We were given a warm welcome and allowed to check in early which was very nice.
Cons: The room was a bit dark, the breakfast delicious but we had to wait for over an hour to get our eggs, and I was charged for the stay more than my online booking indicated (at the time, I thought that the price seemed off but I thought it was because I remembered it in EUR not USD). The jacuzzi was not working when we were there. Part of the staff was very nice, but most of those we encountered at the restaurant seemed at best indifferent, at worst quite incompetent.
Pros: Really good food, one of the best hot pepper sauce is homemade, They grow their own vegetables and herbs, fresh fish and seafood Great breakfast. We stayed in the garden part there is a smaller pool with a little waterfall so lovely to take a dip after my and my daughters own yoga and workout There is also yoga in the mornings and Tai Chi some evenings felt great! The staff is so friendly and helpful A place for mind body and soul. We can highly recommend Kariwak
Cons: The coffee could be stronger (we are used to strong coffee) Tryed to rent a car two days but it didn’t work out well!
Pros: The location was very good
Cons: There wasn't any hot water or TV in the room

Pros: The location was good, close to the mall and the town.
Cons: Needed a television in the room, could not look at movies that i wanted too.
Pros: The friendly welcoming staff who always made sure that i happy.
Cons: The size of the bath is to small , no television in rooms and A.C. need cleaning it not blowing cold.
Pros: Gwendolyn was extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was amazing and the boat tour was fantastic.
Cons: There were a lot of mosquitoes but that comes with being near the beach and nature
Pros: The Seaview
Cons: Mosquito and The driveway
Pros: The staff was great. Look forward to visiting again.
Cons: Location and staff
Pros: The location was central, room clean, Gwendolyn was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. We had a perfect stay
Cons: Only thing is that there are roosters around starting to “sing” at 6.00 am :)

Pros: Location, location, location
Cons: Your facilty satisfied my immediate need
Pros: Very comfortable property with a great swimming pool. The breakfast was affordable and nice. The rooms were spacious with a quirky decor. Great location - very close to the airport and Store Bay and Pigeon Point beaches.
Cons: The hot water in the showers were lukewarm most of the times.
Pros: Clean, comfortable and alot of tv channels to chose, was really surprised with the supply of drinks available in the fridge(cost to what you use),needed water when arrived
Cons: WiFi little weak sometimes.
Pros: It was clean
Pros: Great staff, easy access, the natural environment
Cons: pool close to early
Pros: Room was ok and hotel was ok
Cons: Price of hotel was a bit high for what you get. Pools shallow end was still deep for my seven year old. Be very clear on your expectations with owner prior to booking or getting there.
Pros: The pool and the close proximity to the centre. The staff came everytime you call or request their presence.
Cons: The rooms werent properly dusted and prepared for check-in. 2 beds in a room was really 1 bed and a bunk to the ground or a futon.

Located on the beautiful coast of Castara, this property features lush gardens, excellent ocean views and free Wi-Fi. Sealevel Guesthouse is just a 1-minute walk from the beach. The furnished apartments at this property come with a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony. They also come with a seating and dining area, as well as a wardrobe. There is a some restaurants and supermarkets located within a 5-minute walk from the property. The property’s tour desk can help guests plan outdoor activities like fishing and diving, and Tobago Main Ridge Forest Reserve, just a 30-minute drive, offers excellent hiking and scenic outlooks. Arthur Napoleon Raymond Robinson Airport is a 45-minute drive from Sealevel Guesthouse.
Pros: The location was very friendly
Cons: Transport was very sparse. The maxi taxi service is not reliable so we had to rely on unlicensed taxi drivers from around the area
Pros: My girlfriend and I adored our trip to Castara and our stay at Sealevel Guesthouse. The highlights for me included the close proximity to the beach (a ninety second walk) and the staff, specifically Josh, with whom we mainly dealt. He was informative and friendly, and checked on us enough to know he cared about us enjoying our stay, but not enough to annoy. The only things I could suggest were a few minor repairs that I brought to his attention just before checkout, but to think that a loose shower curtain rod could be enough to ruin someone's vacation is ridiculous. Also worth noting is that all the locals we met were very friendly and personable. I absolutely loved it and I will be back the next time I come to Castara.
Cons: There were a few small, minor repairs that needed to happen before I got there to make it perfect, but they were extremely minor. Our shower curtain rod was loose, for example, and that was the worst one. I will say that this place is best suited for people who are spending much of their time at the beach and don't care about having things like a TV, because we didn't have one. There is wifi, though, so you can watch Netflix or YouTube or something, but no TV.
Pros: The scenery, especially when it rains
Cons: Could use a little updating.
Pros: Location, proximity to beach, village vibe
Cons: All great
Pros: The staff was really helpfull and friendly, thanks again Adam and Rivers.
Cons: The place could use some maintenance, but for this price it was actually great. It’s a two minute walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket .
Pros: The guesthouse is located mere 30seconds from the beach. It's surrounded by greenery, so you can watch the wildlife straight from your balcony. The town is nice and small so its just a short walk to get to the super market, cafe or restaurant.
Cons: The place was a little hard to find. There is no sign by the road, no clear indication of where the entrance is. When we arrived, there was nobody to greet us and let us in. I had to walk around the property for a while to find out how to get in touch with the person running it, as the number you get through booking/find on google just goes straight into voicemail.
Pros: Everything, it's just the most wonderful place you can spend your vacation on. Beach is 2 minutes away, supermarket maybe 5 min at most. Loooootttttss of hummingbirds and other birds to be seen everywhere. You can stay on the balcony and you will see plenty. It's truly amazing. The staff will help you with anything and they are super friendly and nice. One staff member lives on the property so most of the time you can go there with any questions and he will help you right away. One other staff member/owner is Adem. He gave us his number and WhatsApp right away and if anything we could reach him on that number.
Pros: The morning workout.....it has some stairs at the back near the parking.....carrying items to and from the vehicle.... everyday was leg day...lol.
Cons: I thought the property bordered the sea. But it was close enough to have a view and hear the waves sing you to sleep!
Pros: The service was great, environment was peaceful and Castara is a home away from home. Definitely will be back soon.
Pros: Close to the beach.
Cons: No security box in the room

This resort has facilities measuring 2885 square feet (268 square meters), including conference space. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: The pool went down for maintenance the day I visited. Another service could of been offered because of the inconvenience
Pros: Location, however booking mentioned sea view but such room was not available. Needed one screw driver to fix my suitcase and got it.
Cons: Unfriendly personnel, have seen few smiles and courtesy gestures. Restaurant didn't have fish option for dinner despite located directly on the beach. Pool little dirty (cleaning during pool opening hours!) and tiles coming off.
Pros: The ambience
Cons: The ants in the bathroom.
Pros: Spacious and rustic
Cons: I booked the standard room which I had to immediately upgrade to a better room because it really wasn't up to my liking at all! There was no refrigerator and the room needed some work. However all the staff were accommodating and understanding! My advice is don't book the standard room get the upgraded one
Pros: The breakfast was great I enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: I took my grandson with me, he is 4 years old and on 2 occasions he got cuts on his leg and feet while inside the pool. My dishes from lunch and dinner on my first day was not removed until I went to the front desk to have it removed.
Pros: Room and property clean and comfortable. Welcome rum punch drink. Quiet and clean.
Cons: Bed a bit too firm. Mosquitoes buzzing around at registration desk.
Pros: Staff was very polite and courteous
Cons: Blackouts were no fault of the hotel but no backup generator
Pros: The property, staff and location .. Location great for privacy very peaceful..
Cons: The pool could use some repair.. however very clean ..
Pros: The look of the outside
Cons: The ants and roaches
When you stay at Magdalena Grand Beach & Golf Resort in Lowlands, you'll be on the beach, within a 10-minute drive of Pigeon Point Beach and Store Bay. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and express check-out. Planning an event in Lowlands? This resort has facilities measuring 6200 square feet (576 square meters), including a conference center. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Location, pool, rooms cleaned on time, response to requests timely, beautiful facility
Cons: Selection, quality & price of food. Showers too small. Desk never had any change for US currency, would not cash checks, rarely had cash to exchange for foreign currency, no cash stations on premises, most of machines in fitness station didn't work.
Pros: Great breakfast and beach area. Good vibes. Front desk helpful.
Cons: Building and elevators seem older. Could use more bellboys
Pros: Location by the ocean and the warmth of the sunshine. The staff were very pleasant ( most if them)
Cons: Absolutely everything. The way it was promoted online compared to what it is was a huge disappointment to us. Breakfast buffet was dismal for a five star resort. We were unable to negotiate a fair price for food portion of our stay ($1400 US per person for 4 days meals is unacceptable). The lounge chairs were very worn and most times we had to move to 5 or six chairs to find ones the had working back rests. The bikes were in very poor repair with wobbly wheels or flat tires or seat heights unchangeable. The tennis courts were debris ridden and the tennis nets were hanging off the line and falling apart. We tried to hit golf balls and the attendant had to go retrieve balls one by one to provide a basketful. Hit water in bathroom was scarce. Pool areas were not lit up at night as shown in online photos. Restaurants were closed for dinner even though signs said they were open. The beach which was shown and promoted as the best longest walking beach in Tobago was not as it was explained. There was construction on the beach and we were told we could not walk there. We were told it wasn’t safe by some, it was private property by others, and to go around the construction and walk from there. We walked to the north side of the resort to access the beach for a walk and the grounds and buildings were in awful condition and looked abandoned and pathways were blocked by trees and branches and garbage ridden. We were so disappointed in our choice of this resort which was barely a resort at all. We travelled three days and 4 flights to get there.
Cons: Front Desk staff not professional. Many problems with the room. They gave me the wrong room and they cannot changing to the correct room because there were a convention there, so has not free room!! There is not hot water in my room!!
Pros: The staff was quite helpful and very friendly
Cons: Bathrooms was too small and the view was not all that great, got room 222 and the beach is blocked by the coconut trees and and unkept gazebo and pool
Pros: Me and my partner spent the NYE week at Magdalena. Staying there for three days we had already had a great time with good food/drinks at their restaurants, beach front rooms/great views, complimentary offers of bike rentals and scuba lessons in the pool. But the true hospitality came in when we met with an accident the day before we were supposed to fly out of Tobago. The staff were so amazingly caring, people there took great care of us - starting with the concierge calling every few hours daily to check and see how we were doing and if we needed anything, and the General Manager of the property not only coming by everyday to see us and going above and beyond to drive us to the hospital and bring us medication. Extremely humane and courteous staff, we had tears in our eyes the day we left at their kindness and the courtesy extended to us. We have only good things to share about this place. It is truly the best place to stay in all of Tobago.
Pros: Good food, good bed
Pros: The room that was assigned had to be changed there was no safe, the bed sheets was dirty, we was assigned to another Room which was worse I reported the conditions to management which was not addressed. I have pictures of the conditions of the room (219). I would not recommend that property. The common area is kept up but not the room we was assigned. And when I complained the staff was unresponsive.
Cons: The room was not clean the vents was dusty my husband devloped a severe cough due to that the linens was scratchy, in order for the celin fan to stay on my husband had to stick a toothpick in the light switch. Thats only stating a few of the deplorable conditions.
Pros: breakfast was wonderful as usual, the oatmeal was simply the best. Mango cheesecake flawless. complimentary smoothies wonderful. Little mix-up with the beds and payment for dinner. I made paying for it at the time of booking a priority but was informed at dinnertime that it was not included.
Cons: A little bothered by the signing for towels.
Pros: The hotel is ideally situated for a small conference - it recently accommodated our group of approx. 150 with ease. Staff easily accommodated us with rides to our rooms on their golf carts. Room service was exceptional - especially a very cheerful "Valerie" (I believe her name was).
Cons: Restaurant staff could not get our order right and I finally had to get up after waiting 20 minutes and ask the bartender for my own bottle of soda - I waited at the bar until he gave it to me despite mild protests from the hostesses that they would get it for me. I blame this on the restaurant and not hotel. But this truly was the only bad experience during our 5 day stay.
Offering a year-round outdoor pool, barbecue and sun terrace, Sherwood Park Apartments is located in Carnbee, in the south of Tobago. There are 4 air-conditioned rooms on base floor and free WiFi is featured throughout the property. There is free private parking on site. All units have a seating area and/or balcony. There is also a kitchenette, fitted with an oven. A microwave and toaster are also offered, as well as a coffee machine. There is a private bathroom with a shower in every unit. Bed linen is available.
Pros: Nice pool with no closing hours , close to a grocery, close to a gas station, car park is big enough to hold a car owe occupant in the apartment complex. Friendly staff always a message away and at the receptionists area. Bed was very very big it was 2 beds joined. Beautiful pool and garden view. Love the non-stick pan in the kitchen and the array of pans.
Cons: Could have more utensils in the apartment, alot of stuff in the list in the apartment weren't there. Didn't have a kettle, cutting board. I think they could include some storage bowls, that way those who aren't buying food alot can cook and store the food. The pool handles were not sturdy, tables on the patio can be changed, BBQ pit was extremely rusty cannot be used with lining with foil properly. Would be nice if each apt had their own TV but it's not a deal breaker. Overall the outside of the place can definitely use some renovations ( wooden handles on patio, pool umbrellas, tables)
Pros: The place was really nice and quiet clean nice people my family and I enjoy our self wish we had more time
Pros: The pool was the best. The water was warm whatever time you went in. The room was clean. The outdoors was very well kept. Overall lovely place to go for a family vacation.
Cons: No TV in room. No towels or soap
Pros: Quiet and clean
Cons: Too many mosquitoes
Pros: Very good view comfy
Cons: Well two things lighting around pool could be better at night and you could try snd put tv in the rooms would be a plus othet than that great place loved it
Pros: The real estate . The Assist Manager was very friendly and courteous
Cons: The beds were badly worn and uncomfortable. Out of 5 beds in our rooms only 1 was good. The shower taps was broken and the shower mixer was missing parts. No security on the premises.
With a stay at Tropikist Beach Hotel & Resort in Crown Point, you'll be on the beach, steps from Store Bay and a 4-minute drive from Pigeon Point Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free valet parking is available onsite.
Pros: Exceptionally clean rooms and surroundings. Courteous and extremely helpful staff. Great location. Private beach front.
Cons: The face basin seem a bit lower than average. Perhaps raising the height in future renovations should be considered.
Pros: The breakfast and breakfast staff was amazing
Cons: The only very disappointing thing about my stay was the pool time was closed off wayyyyyy to early. 7pm to be exact. We just came back from a hard day of sporting and wanted to relax and was told “the pool closing now fellas” poor poor
Pros: Location, amenities and breakfast
Cons: Ac seems to be malfunctioning. Always condensation with wet floors. Child slipped and fell.
Pros: Heated jacuzi
Cons: Early pool closing
Pros: The staff was extra helpful and friendly.
Cons: I paid for a double room but there was only one bed in the room and no phone. It didn't affect me much because it was just me in the room.
Pros: The omelet gentleman was awesome at his job. He assisted the breakfast experience. The employees at the bar were good as well.
Cons: Given that there are no facilities in the rooms to make coffee, there should be ample stock or cups, water, coffee etc for those who crave an early cup. There were times when I and some other guests were unhappy that there were no cups etc. We know that it will be impractical to have staff there at all times but at least the necessary items should be available.
Pros: The beds were lovely and the room was every spacious. Bed well decorated as I requested. Sea view was lovely. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: I would have liked my charges to be explained to me at checkin (taxes etc) as I was unaware of extra costs in addition to my original booking on booking.com ! I came to celebrate a birthday and did not feel like my expectations were met. I was not informed that the pool was closed due to maintenance and was not offered any compensation for it. I was told I’d be given a bottle of wine. I did not receive it only to be told That they forgot. I was told Again that I would be given two glasses of wine instead, complimentary. Was really looking forward to that. I did not receive it. The bathroom had left over bars of soap from a previous stay. The breakfast was nice but cold. I really hope that my dissatisfaction would be recognized. Thank you.
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location (close to airport and main activities)
Cons: Very low face basin. Lower than average.
Pros: Omg were to start, the ambience is breath taking, the pools were well kept daily, the tropical garden is well maintain the flowers are beautiful, the hot tub jacuzzi has a breath taking view and very relaxing.our room were spacious and very clean house keeping daily and staff very honest.breakfast is tasty over looking the sea.Management did some upgrades since my last vist back in 2016
Cons: Wifi signal is not the best in certain parts of resort.
Pros: The best thing about this place was the proximity to the airport and night life.
Cons: The food was very bland, the atmosphere unwelcoming and the facilities (room) was dilapidated.
With a stay at Coco Reef Resort and Spa in Crown Point, you'll be in the entertainment district, a 3-minute walk from Store Bay and 8 minutes by foot from Pigeon Point Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Crown Point? This hotel has facilities measuring 1830 square feet (170 square meters), including conference space. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a ferry terminal shuttle.
Pros: Beach, staff, food, view from room.
Cons: Business center equipment was out of date and in bad shape. No wifi in rooms. Live birds tied to railings in restaurant watching you while you eat seems very sad and cruel.
Pros: The resort is beautiful. When you enter the lobby the view is absolutely breathtaking. The front desk staff was very nice, cordial and informative. Very nice staff everywhere in the restaurant and boutiques on the beach. Close proximity to all activities. I can not wait to come back to Coco-Reef Tobago!!!
Cons: The floor tiles need some sprucing up. They are really gorgeous but a bit worn.
Pros: The beach was great. The rest of the resort left much to desire.
Cons: Broken A/C, no internet in rooms, only one key per room, can’t use credit cards anywhere other than the front desk. Food overall was meh.
Pros: Clean, comfortable room Clean beach with adequate number of beach chairs Friendly staff Close to airport Good proximity to outside restaurants and external boat trip Desk arranged taxi tour of the island Room upgrade offered without additional cost
Cons: Limited options for meals - lunch and dinner buffets only, no menus Lunch and dinner buffet costs were expensive for what was offered
Pros: Fantastic location. The beach and landscaping is wonderful. The service is very good. Included breakfast were very good.
Cons: The facilities are very run down and in much need of repair and refurbishment. Cracked tiles on the floor, bathroom fixtures are in poor operating condition, beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Many dents, scratches and areas of missing paint on the floors and walls. This could be a world class resort but it appears the owners do not reinvest in up keep of the rooms. Lunch and Dinners, which were not included were very expensive and not of good quality. My wife became ill after dinner one night.
Cons: Bathroom were clean but need updating
Pros: The buffet breakfast was fresh and varied. The built berm provides protection from the waves making an almost serene swimming pool in the ocean. The bed was comfortable. Restaurants located walking distance from the resort...trust me you need them.
Cons: The bed only had 2 small pillows, more has to be requested from the front desk. Pool towels are only available from the front desk but there are no signs or information advising you about that. Ants and wood rot everywhere. No elevator, no extra bath towels. The dinner is way overpriced for a mouthful of food.
Pros: Coco Reef is a short walk from the airport and overall feels very safe and mostly clean. By US standards, the bathroom in our room was pretty gross and the bedding needed updating. We were in room 210 and liked having a view of the pool and the ocean. We may stay here again, but also hope that for the price, we can find somewhere cleaner. It's hit or miss with the staff. Some are very friendly and others seem put out by guests. Melissa's fajitas at the restaurant closest to the beach are a must.
Cons: Cleanliness and outdated bedding
Pros: Some staff were very nice, breakfast was broadly a good range, rooms were big, good turn down service, quick room service, beach is well kept, super location, decent sized balcony
Cons: Minimal variety and low quality fruit for breakfast, limited lower body gym equipment, evening entertainment just on Saturday, some staff not cut out to be customer facing, watersports just want you to buy a Scuba Diving trip and not let you use anything else, wifi only usable in reception lobby, aircon machines right above the beds, we paid 30% more for a sea view- which we could only see in the gaps across the garden outside our room. To be honest, at £300/$400 per night- I expected more.
Pros: Breakfast itself was great. The breakfast service was good except wait till i finish eat and then collect d utensils. Didnt like being interrupted regurlarly. The beach and location were excellent
Cons: Rain fell. Room leaked heavily. Moved to another room but with a smaller bed. Room leaked again water flowing unto d socket area where charger was plugged in. Did not want to re-imburse properly for damaging it. After much heated discussions was re-imbursed properly
Pros: Nice ambience. Enjoyed the private beach. Perfect for a relaxing vacation
Cons: Water glasses and tea cups in the room were not cleaned properly. Before the first use, there were tea stains on the cups.
Pros: Access to the beach
Cons: The room smelled of mold it was was overpriced the commode had a brown ring the bathroom shower mat was dirty and over run with ants.

Pros: Little House on the Hill is the perfect place to stay in Castara! It has everything you need, the housing is very cute and having your breakfast on the great balcony is a pleasure!

Cons: Several guests were robbed of valuables & there’s no compensation in place
Pros: Room and bed were very comfortable. Room location was ideal. Food was excellent. Hotel was lovely, grounds were well kept. Overall service was good
Cons: D cook had to serve breakfast buffet style and she was not happy. Omelette could have been better made. Food presentation needs to be greatly improved Hotel staff other than the cleaners does room checks. Hotel should inform guests as to prevent invasion of privacy which occured with me.
Pros: Location is wonderful, car is needed to get here but ample parking onsite. Bed was huge and comfortable enough. Pool area very pretty.
Cons: Reception staff apparently get alot of people coming in for the hotel next door. This means it's a kind of weird welcome. Rooms are very dated and furnishing covers are in need of an upgrade. There was no balcony furniture to use on my balcony. Even though they give you a wrist band, you still had to sign on and off for breakfast (what's the point of the band?)
Pros: The view from the Pinnacle Restaurant and from the room.
Cons: The food options and to be honest, ONLY because I'm a bit lazy, the distance from the room to the restaurant/reception.
Pros: Breakfast and staff were great and the easy access to the beach was a plus.
Cons: Air con was loud and internet was only assesable to two devices.
Pros: We stayed to celebrate my birthday and anniversary. The hotel was clean comfortable with a nice view if you choose the sea view room I recommend staying on the upper level the view is better. Staff was nice food was good. My only issue was the first night the ac was noisy so I lost some sleep but after resetting it it was ok. I recommend dinner at Waves restaurant not far from the hotel. All in all we had a wonderful stay there.
Cons: Clean comfortable view
Pros: I like the fact that the beach was easily accessible. The welcome drinks were remarkable
Cons: Televisions and available channels need to be upgraded as some persons go simply for the serenity of a room. All guests NEED to be treated in the same manner

Pros: I loved the location and privacy.
Pros: Our room had everything we needed to be comfortable. The pool was very clean and had a great relaxing area. There was great parking and the area was secure. We had everything we needed to prepare a family meal.
Cons: The laundry area was not to standard. The washer was old that needed manual wash and rinse. The dryer was non existent .
Pros: Staff extremely helpful - resolving any queries/problems quickly. Convenient location. Mainly peaceful during the day. Excellent security.
Cons: Apartment not cleaned for the 2 weeks we were there. Occasional very noisy music from nearby bars/houses. Roosters crowing from 2:30am. Barking dogs.
Pros: Nice and comfy apartment, the location was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I missed having a little lamp by the side of the bed, but otherwise - no complaints.

Pros: The host was very accommodating and really nice..the room its self was really nice and very clean.. the bed was really nice and comfortable ..
Cons: My room did have a nice back view ..
Pros: Friendly staff. Clean spacious room.
Pros: I loved the local breakfast and the fact that the was a beautiful beach that was in walking distance.
Cons: Wasn’t too happy with the lighting in my room, it was too dark for my liking.
Pros: When I made my booking it was for 4 persons and when I arrived they said that I had only booked for 2 persons. Thank God I had extra cash to pay the deference. The parking was crowded and we did not get any room service until the 4 day of our stay and only because I requested it. It was not all bad. The location is prime and centric. And they have laundry for affordable price. And the breakfast was awesome. Also the beds were comfortable.

Pros: Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms and a beautiful view of the beach - so close you hear the waves crashing on the shore
Cons: The pool is great but needs a little updating, also the room showers.
Pros: The view and the food was great
Cons: Had to ask extra towelss only 2 came i the room with no hand towels and no bath mat towels Pool had too much chlorine
Pros: The location is excellent and the service is more than I could ask for
Pros: Complimentary breakfast Beach access Seating areas
Cons: Inadequate cable / tv shows Ants in the room
Pros: Staff are absolutely lovely, welcoming and friendly. The reception team were very welcoming and Tyler one of the receptionists working on the desk took us to our room and gave us a great room with a sea view. My mother has never had an opportunity to stay in a hotel so it was a great experience for her.
Cons: Nothing really was bad.
Pros: The kids pool was great and the housekeeper was more than helpful.
Cons: I saw 2 roaches in my room and lots of crazy ants. We could have easily been in a closer room as there were empty ones for the same price.
Cons: The Facility should be modernised at bit. It seems like it needs some maintenance. Although we were given internet access the signal was poor in the rooms.
Pros: The room was comfortable, breakfast was very good . Staff was very pleasant.
Cons: One day they ran out of towels. We had to wait about 2 hours for fresh towels.
Pros: The location is great! It's right on a quiet and picturesque beach. The hotel itself is big and airy, with multiple pools and lounge areas. Walking distance to a great restaurant at Seahorse Inn.
Cons: - For the price, the food was sub-par. Seahorse Inn, right next door, costs about the same, and the food is very gourmet. - The staff was very friendly and willing, but not competent - wifi is only available in the lobby - facilities were in various states of disrepair (small water leak, broken lock on the balcony door, remotes that don't work, etc)
