Pros (+) The staff were very nice and accommodating! The beds and towels appeared & felt clean.
Cons (-) The hotel is under construction, but it appears professionals are not being used for the work. I'm hoping everything will be gone over again to improve the appearance. Also, the new air/heat machines may be more efficient, but if you're tying rooms together and each room can't control their own temperature, that is going to be a problem. We asked to move to another room for this reason.

Cons (-) Our room was so dirty...dust, grime, other peoples hair in the sink and tub, mold and mildew... we had stayed there before and it was on older hotel but clean! They had signs up about being patient during construction but the condition of the room didn't have anything to do that.

Construction in part of hotel (not informed ahead of time), dust everywhere, exposed walls. Place felt old, outdated and not very clean, especially floors.
