Celaya Hotels

Well located Most of the lights in the room didn't work. When reported to front desk, they ignored my request. Breakfast and room service is very poor. Food taste horrible.

The hotel is clean and everything looked very standard, but the hotel is located next to an old highway. There is a lot of noise (trailers) and there is nothing outside the hotel. Staff is ok but very limited. Parking garage is not safe.

Nothig Worst srvice ever, atendadnt was super unfriendly. Took her 2 hours for her to give us a room. Was entering the room at 11:30 at night. Checkout was a nightmare too. 40 min to make a invoice. Managemebt was not present or clercks did not contact them. Rooms very noisy. Worst stay ever. Not worth the money
