A very nice private owned hotel. The staff is very very nice.
The staff translated the menu into English from Italian. The view from our room on the 3rd floor was amazing. Staff tried there best to speak some words in English. Restaurant was expensive and not many other restaurants around to chose from.
Very friendly and helpfull owners, close to the railway station.
Best value for money ever. In a nice seaside town, ideal for a relaxing walk and a nice drink over the ocean. In my way from Spain to Italy I always stop here overnight. Staff very helpful. Nothing at all.
Good location a short walk from the seaside and near local shops. Small balcony was very nice. Hotel is locked up after about 11 and you have to wake the owners to get in. Restaurant menu not priced (most guests have full board).
The location is very good. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the beach is only a couple blocks away. The walls are very thin. The breakfast is limited.
Great location close to the beach, town & railway station. Peaceful town. Pleasant staff at a family run hotel. Would go back and recommend to friends. Everything was good although the breakfast was a bit limited with mainly bread
everything room 307, the space of WC and wall ,too narrow for the legs, should be 15cm back. Parking problem during high season
friendly staff breakfast
the condition system was out of work (end of July!) and it is in the situation when you must pay for condition additionally to the price. the personal show itself to be stupid and not ready to help. We stayed 3 nights there and all 3 nights without conditions. Breakfast is nothing. Rooms are poor and really old and so on… it is not Italian 3 star level at all.
Not well insulated, rather loud. Heard every stored that oppened in the morning
The hotel is at walking distance from the centre of Celle, the staff was very professional, helpful and ready to help. For the staff at reception and at the restaurant I give it a 10/10 ! ! ! Unfortunately the Hotel has no parking so we spent 30 minutes looking for one. There was dust in the room. The shower was not working properly so there was only cold water and not hot water (problem fixed after the neighbours had left).
The staff is really friendly and helpful The rooms allocated to those who book through "booking.com" are the "worst" and the "good" rooms are reserved for those who book directly!
Did not like the resort or the hotel. Clearly late September is end o the season as everything was closed - the beach, the hotel restaurant etc. We did not like the room which was at the rear side of the hotel overlooking people's washing outside their apartments. Free parking in the station car park within walking distance.
I travel more than 100 days per year, but I have never seen such a total dismatch between the rate and the standard. This one should have been closed and demolished
The people (the staff) of the hotel are the kindiest people you ever will find in any hotel
I only stayed one night, prior to a cruise - the hotel offered all we needed, easily located, good meal, etc. Not applicable
The quality of the room i stayed in was superb. Hi-tech, comfortably, safe. The area is going through major development. It will have a great mix of modern and rustic scenary. The harbor is a great place to hang out, eat, drink. The town center is a beautiful place to eat shop. My stay was very relaxing, and served as a great base.
The service from the Hotel personnel was excellent None
It was very nice and the staff was excellent and very helpful. Nothing to complain about, everything was fine.
Helpful and professional staff, position, new structure and environment. It only miss a sauna...
Confortable room Very slow check-in/out
Location if doing a cruise could not be beaten. It is also handy to buses, cafes etc. Nothing we didnt like
The hotel is in a very nice place near to the sea. They should have internet point.
Close to Costa Cruises Departures.
We stayed there one night to yoin a Cost Cruis ship, location perfect.
The reception staff were very kind and helpful. The room service staff was not happy when I forget to mention the milk to my caffee and he had to come back twice.
Location on sea side, room spacious, great bathroom very good breakfast buffet, nice pool area, good beach amminites. no
Location is very nice with own beach
Practical hotel with private beach. Cheap Wi-Fi connection, 3€/24hr. Parking free outside.
Location , beach, parking, room, see view, staff, breakfast. Restaurant - exellent food but too expensive for the beach hotel. Hotel is a little bit far from Savona city center and port. No food available after 4 P.M. Many wendor people on the beach offering unnecessary goods
The beach, pool, very helpful staff (especially the manager), good food with a variety of dining options in the evening including the 'beach' bar and sushi options (excellent). When we arrived (midweek) we were informed of a late night concert, which went on till 12:30. We were offered reduced rate, however we declined as we had been travelling all day and just wanted a quiet restful evening, however the rest of the stay made up for our initial disappointment.
The beach, breakfast and staff friendlyness Organisation of buffet at the evening
very nice hotel 20 m from sea, fantastic restaurant, dinner prices high, but taste cover the price.
very friendly staff, very helpful
I like the Beach and the Seaside during our stay. nothing
Breakfast, very nice room and view I asked before if the swimming pool was open and they aswered yes. However, one man in the reception said we could not go swimming at all. (Other man at the reception said it was ok, but that day it was already too late for it)
Hotel was ok, but very expensive for what it was. Not really the hotel's fault, but that place is awful! If you don't need to go there, don't go there! We wondered where the 4 stars came from. Felt more like 2. Would have been ok for €80. For €120 I would not stay again.
Good location - helpful staff Parking is a nightmare - the garage is always full and very hard to drive around if you have anything more than a compact car. Make sure you wake up early for breakfast, or selection will be poor
Everyone extremely friendly, service was great. I do find the shower very small for a man my size.
friendly staff; close to the beach price far too high for an old hotel without any comfort
walking to the albisola marina, drink capuchinno, surfing in internet, they have for free internet for guest from booking.com no
very professional staff.
Room was very nice and comfortable, generally nice atmosphere Breakfast not really good, restaurant also for other meals not really recommendable, food not good enough and much too pricy
The art on the walls, the family atmosphere The building in front of it, blocking seaview for 90%
Excellent room, very comfortable bed. We were on the 4th floor and had a balcony with a sea view. Very friendly family run hotel with an excellent, if not a little pricey restaurant. Very enjoyable evening meal. One reason we booked this hotel was because they provided a wi-fi connection. Unfortunately we were unable to get an adequate connection. We were offered the use of the computer in the lobby, however this was not functioning when we needed to use it.
Close to the beach and the reception staff we excellent A little far from town and shopping. Resteraunt not open on the weekends
The hotel staff was very helpful and provided us with directions and called for taxis when needed.
The staff was friendly and the room was nice. It had a/c which was nice during the summer. The view of the run down gas station was not the best.
Location was near train station
The staff was very hekpful The beds were very hard...new, clean but very firm.
Hotel is next to the petrol station, the beach is dirty, close to a factory, huge tanker boats in the coast. A frequent railway traffic just behind the hotel (even at night).
Location. Kindness. Confort. Breakfast
As above Insuficient Staff
Very helpful staff, smooth check-in/out, early breakfast to meet our needs to get back on the road early. Good value for money. Dog was allowed in the room with no problem. Close to highway, easily accessible, but also next to road and train as well. Cleanliness and quality of the room is average, we only stayed for 1 night so was no issue for us, but can be if you are planning to stay longer.
The fact that it was close to the beach. The food of the restaurant was very good and the staff was friendly. We believe the services, the room and the hotel itself was not worth the money nor it's really a 4 star hotel. It needs mayor upgrading.
Very good location for 1 night stay during car journey fron France to Italy. We booked paid parking but were provided by groung parking on hotel territory free of charge! Frendly hotel staff on reception reccomended us good restaurant for late night dinner nearby.
Good location, parking ok, staff carefull. Breakfast was poor, the hotel is not a 4 star hotel really.
Location, parking, comfort of room, friendly and efficient staff.
I realy liked people who work in the hotel. They are very friendly. But only two of them speak English. The hotel is good lockated, just near the see and in two minutes wirking to the town centre. I would like to have more diferensiated breakfast with more fruits and cheese. As well in the night is impossible to order tee to the room. You have to go to the bar and take it your self.
The hotel was v ery well situated near the town centre and beach The hotel was a little out of date, and did not seem to be 4star standard
They have a good restaurant.
Nice Hotel, nice rooms, very good restaurant. Hotel was indeed as offered 50 m from the beach, unfortunatelly it was 50 meters in highth, which resulted in a 700m walk to reach the beach. Tlooks like cheating the customers. However as the rest was fine, it was accepted.
The hotel was clean and quiet. It was situated near to the beach and view to the sea was beautiful. The women who served breakfast were very kind. We missed for some kind of hotel book because staff spoke english poorly. Breakfast did not correspond to "buffet breakfast" but was enough to us. There were too few staff in the restaurant at dinner time. Dinner was excellent but hurried atmosphere distressed.
The rooms were lovely and modern with air conditioning. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. Lovely place to stay!
Excellent location near the beach. Wide room with a lot of space. A bit difficult to find. Getting a parking space was a bit of a challenge
Having the room just above the kitchen. - And as for most hotels single rooms are just too expensive
location comfort in the room and breakfest
Good location, nice view from the room.
View... And price for the one night stay. Parking. The hotel is some 3 kilometres from the town. You only can drive there from the hotel, no chance to get anywhere by walk. Beaches are not very much pleasant to visit. We hardly could sleep at night as the windows seems like do not provide any protection from noise from the road.
Sea View & parking Room was too noisy, shower was broken, towels were poor quality, breakfast was poor
The presence of the private parking
I do not like this hotel at all. Churlish and rude personal and distasteful rooms. The beach - sorry sight.
sea view Kitchen smells in the bedroom;drab and well worn furnishings; surly staff.
The restaurant was extremely good value. The room was clean with a fair TV service. There was wi-fi. The staff were very friendly although english was not their language at all. The lift was in good order The bathroom was sad with broken bits and some black rot on the ceiling - the water pressure was low in the morning - otherwise acceptable. The impression was a 1970's Hotel up graded to fit the 2010's but arriving at the mid1980's. The price at 95Euro was, we thought high for this hotel - 55Euro would have been right however its proximity to Portofino may account for the price. The Genova boatshow was starting the night we stayed thus this was the only Hotel under 350 euros available.
