This was a great place to stay with kids. I took my daughter and 4 grandkids and all had a wonderful time. The adults love the separate room to sleep and relax. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.
This is our 2nd year staying at this location for our family reunion and the atrium is a wonderful gathering place. Great value!!
we enjoyed the facilities. the rates and buffet breakfast every morning and the happy hour. wehave our family reunion there every year and like the openness of the lounge as it give yoy a place to gather. we enjoy using embassy suites for what we do with our families and friends .we will use embassy suites again next year.it has everything we need .your service was excellent and hospality was great. hotel security was just hovered around a person .made you feel uncomfortable.kids in swiming pool area was always being watched and told to not make any noise. just being to strict.always watching. just felt they were to strict.
This is a very new property, modern, clean, up-scale but with a very great price for the weekend! My wife and I entertained our son and his wife along with our grandchild..all in a two-room standard suite..and it worked out beautifully. With the full breakfast in the morning and cocktail hour and munchies for all (except our grandchild of course), it was a tremendous value. The location is perfect for shopping, and seeking out other places to eat..very easy to find off of I25--for tripping around Denver. I asked for a crib and it was delivered immediately for the grandchild. A perfect value and location for a weekend touring around the Denver area!
Breakfast was good and complete for all tastes, rooms very clean, conference rooms for every size, quick multiple elevators A 30.00 charge being put on my charge card for "just in case I incur an expense" and then taking days for it to be refunded back into my account. I did not knowingly authorize that charge.
Happy hour was great and made to order breakfast nice except for the glue fumes from the carpet being replaced Renovation, fumes and noise from construction and carpet glue, broken furniture in the room.
Beds were really comfortable Pool was closed .. Summer time
They held my money and never returned it back to my account.
Everything was great. Delicious breakfast, clean rooms, close to everything. Staff was friendly and very helpful. No complaints (and I am very picky about hotels).
Loved the location. Loved how nice the hotel was. There was nothing i didn't like. It was an awesome hotel.
Breakfast spread was rad! Service was great. If I had to find something to complain about... The remote for the tv was kind of crappy but that's just being nit picky.
After trying an online app to help me find a hotel, closer and cheaper to my sons apartment. Well let's say that was a HUGE MISTAKE. This hotel was way worth the money paid. Hmmmm .. ordering a pizza took 2 phone calls. But still was quick. So, nothing to dislike here.
Good selection of breakfast items. The room was big. Staff was friendly abd helpful Pretty noisy and hard to sleep. Beds were kinda hard.
The staff was very accommodating and nice. Room was always clean. The pool is outside next to the hotel next door... Must share a pool? The mattress wasn't very comfortable.
Loved the free breakfast and the friendly staff! Not a thing!
Coffee 24-7 Nothing everything was good and clean staff was helpful
We had to reset our room card on two different days - not horrible, but inconvenient since our room was on the fourth floor.
It was easy to check in, and the room was beautiful. There was no way for us to get food late night.
Location. Ease of travel to other sectors.
Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Happy hours prices were good (although I would not eat at the restaurant with that menu with those prices). I also thought the coffee bar was well run. Had mini-fridge in room I don't know if it Denver or if it is the hotel, but after flushing the toilet it takes like 5 minutes to fill. Also would have been nice if there was a shuttle. No microwave. No breakfast buffet.
Friendly service, clean and roomy, comfortable bed with soft linens and great pillows, easy to find location. Ice maker was close to room and metal buckets were very loud as everyone filled them.
The rooms were nice and clean The confusing layout of the place was frustrating, and the indoor pool was questionable
Good value for the money. Parking on the opposite side of lobby entrance.
Spacious rooms. Modern appearance. Clean. Fairly comfortable bed. Walls were a bit thin. I heard more from my neighbors than I cared to... wifi is extra. Changing channels using the TV remote is a slow and tedious process.
It was great place to be. Food menu can have more vegetarian options.
The price was great and staff excellent. Location great if you need to stay near Park Meadows or the DTC. Not good if you have business in downtown Denver. Nothing. It was great.
Location Old linen. Elevator closed on my bag and wouldn't open back up! Safety hazard!
I was led to believe each room included a microwave and refrigerator, our room had neither.
Room was very clean and updated. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a nice bonus too
Breakfast- continual effort to maintain cleanliness and to keep things supplied. Micki++ Easy use business center, fridge, one room w/ multiple areas (lounge, dining, work, sleep) Piles of towels & linens outside of rooms looked AWFUL & a 1st! Families near solo traveler, Numerous dirty bowls, broader tv selection, wanted a single but got a double twice.
Extend the breakfast at least until 10:30
Love the room and Location We were told in our reservation that we would get a king size or queen size bed and we were given two doubles. That did not make for the romantic weekend that my wife and I had planned. And when we asked about getting a single queen or king we were told there were none left even though we had root quest in our room well in advance. We are extremely disappointed.
It was beautiful. The people who worked there were so nice and really friendly and professional!!!!! They continued to surprise us with their caring ways. We have told everyone we know about this place. We had a wonderful stay and would LOVE to stay there again. Thank You so much for all you do!!! We were so so happy!!!!! Thank You, Tamara Alter P.S. We also stayed one night at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech and it was not as nice as this. There wasn't anything we didn't like. Wonderful stay!!!!!
Modern furnishings and great location Coffee bar/front desk was confusing
My wife and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend for a quick weekend getaway while my mother in law watched our two little boys. We had a great time and this hotel was very impressive. The front desk staff was very helpful and switched us to a room with a King Size bed after we realized we had booked a double. The pool was warm and very relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. There really wasn't anything about this hotel that I didn't like. Maybe if we had stayed longer we would have noticed something, but during our shor stay, everything was excellent.
This is a nice property - with friendly, helpful staff. We have stayed there about a dozen times. Convenient, easy to get to and a short trip to both downtown and DEN Intl. Great value.
Everything was great, very solid breakfast as well Slow elevators
Extremely nice rooms, good room service. Prices of movies on TV. Way overpriced.
Upon entering we were welcomed with a smile by the staff and the hotel was gorgeous. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. When I'm in Denver again I know I can always count on this being worth my money.
Rooms are so spacious! They look very nice and clean PLUS the free breakfast is great enjoyed my stay will definitely stay here again.
The room was beautiful, roomy. Bed was very comfortable friendly staff. I had a coffee stain on my sheet.
Everything about this place is excellent. The staff, the room, the bedding, the facilities, everything. I liked everything.
An excellent location and beautifully maintained. Rooms were very comfortable with great thought to detail and layout.
Great breakfast. Wonderful staff. Great rooms. Good wifi. Bathroom is very small - hard to close door without hitting feet. A/C was a bit wonky, but we got it to work.
Very friendly staff Awesome breakfast Not walking distance to food or shopping
Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Great customer service, free breakfast spread in the AM was a good assortment :)
room, near mall, decent breakfast, happy hour, pool, and fitness eqpt. noisy outside hallway, safe in room is broken, bathroom door warped -difficult to close room 137
Great experience. Good rate, clean room and all Eco friendly.
I had just called off my wedding and needed a place to hide out. I found the Element online and it was just what I needed. An efficient, modern room with a kitchenette, super comfy bed and great view. The evening happy hour was a nice way to get out among other people. The pool area was sparse and could have used a hot tub/jacuzzi, fountain -- something to jazz it up a bit. An onsite spa or massage room would have been a welcome addition for the true unwinding experience.
It was very nice and clean the room was big and had a few sitting chairs which I liked Nothing :)
I liked the convenience of the location, as well as a safe neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The discount was also a plus. It wasn't as clean as I would have hoped, the bathroom was a bit dirty. Also there were kids on our floor that kept running up and down the halls and banging the doors. Other than that, I am very satisfied
Front desk staff were AMAZING 100% helpful Went above and beyond to help the stay be as comfortable as possible VERY pleased!
Clean, affordable, good location, friendly staff, pool, hot tub, included breakfast Nothing really, I had a good stay and enjoyed my time.
The mattress was new and breakfast was great. The pillows plain suck and hurt your neck and the hot tub needed to be cleaned.
The affordable price, the location near I-25, quick check-in process, the continental breakfast looked okay. Broken fixtures, dirty carpet and walls, loud heating unit, room was a freezing 42 degrees when we arrived.
Nothing My credit card was overcharged. Even after I checked out.
The staff of this motel is the best I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying
The staff was very pleasant. Even though we had to wait 24 hours, they still upgraded our room because of the broken sink. The new room also had a lot of issues with it, but I appreciated the staff handling the first issue. Beds were decently comfortable. Our sink broke when we tried to turn it on the first time. Some of our electrical outlets did not work. There were exposed wires, cigarette burn holes in our down comforter on the bed, etc. The hotel was very dirty and unclean, with lots of broken amenities. I would not stay there again.
Exceeded expectations. Very clean, amazing bed, amenities were wonderful. The bistro, the courtyard obviously. I had a west mountain facing room on the 2nd floor. Perfect views of the mountains. The sliding doors and balcony were nice too. You can hear music from Fiddler's Green, which is across the interstate, but still nearby. This is either good or bad, depending on who's playing.
the lobby was nice and staff was accommodating Bed was too soft/hot. Wall mounted AC was noisy. There were long hairs on the sheet when i first arrived and turned back the covers - assume it was housekeeper's hair. Drink prices in lobby were ridiculous. Room didn't have a little refrigerator. Bathroom was tiny. Generally, value for money vs. nearby hotel properties is low.
Nothing.... The sheets had stains, very little parking, noisy at night, beds were uncomfortable, outdated rooms and amenities
I have nothing nice to say about my visit. The rooms were filthy. Druggie's were hanging outside the hotel rooms. The bath tub floor was black. When I lifted the sheets on the bed their was hair and lip stick stains. I went to the office to have at least the sheets changed and they said they would do so. When I returned a couple of hours later the sheets were still their. So I went to the front office and the lady handed me the sheets so I can change it. When I removed the sheets I found Piss stains all over the bed. They ended up moving me to another extended stay due to the conditions, but I will never again stay at an extended stay or recommend to friends or family.
The staff was friendly. The location was perfect.
clean confortable workout room too small and equipment broken
Denver has high occupancy rates this summer. As a result, that is driving rates through the roof. I prefer this property when the rates are more "normal" versus being driven strictly by demand.
Rate Sheets were very thin Front desk staff not very friendly
We asked for a quiet room away from the freeway. We were given a room on the ground floor that turned out to be under the staircase leading to two upper floors. We noticed a large group of young adults unloading their gear from the back of a midsize truck after we'd gotten settled in our room. A lot of noise ensued, pounding footsteps, etc. We went to dinner, and when we returned the place had quieted down. In the middle of the night we were awakened by a series of very loud and long conversations being held, either above us or beside us or outside, but it was hard to tell since we had our heads covered and were groggy in our attempts to sleep. Why didn't we call the front desk? Because we had entered the twilight zone and the nightmare zone simultaneously. Because we hoped it would stop. Because we hoped/prayed some massively muscled guest would take the law into her own hands. Because it was only one night in our lives and we will simply never stay there again. No loss to the Sleep Inn, their cheap rates are cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for.
Continental breakfast was nice. We were able to check in early and check out late which was great, since our flight in to Denver was at 8am and flight out was at 8pm. The cleaning staff was very friendly and always made sure our room was clean. Front desk staff was kind of rude and standoffish. And the beds weren't comfortable at all.
Location The Price, the quality, the staff, the soggy carpet, the AC that didn't work and the hotel staff that did nothing about it. I would never EVER stay here again. This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Proximity to RTD, good price, plenty of restaurants nearby Was charged twice for the room. Will now have to go through the hassle of contacting customer service.
If the tv was mounted on the wall the table it sits on could be less than half the size it is making the room alot bigger, at present it makes the entrance to the room very narrow otherwise the place is fine
Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Breakfast is yummy and filling! Check out time is not until 12 noon so that makes it easier to get the kids up and ready. Even though the pool is heated it is still too cold to enjoy. We witnessed a few families leave after 10 minutes because it was just too cold.
Friendly staff, clean room, quality breakfast I had to book my room online as I waited in the lobby since I found a rate that was $15 cheaper at hotels.com. I think it would be a good business practice to price match. Hampton Inn would get to keep more of the profit.
Nice newer hotel. Property was clean, room was great, bed comfy. While confusing for find at first, it's actually easily accessible from the interstate. Great breakfast, hot option was different every morning of our stay. Note the street name (Trainstation Circle); the properly will be literally right on the light rail line once track is extended and the station construction is completed. That will be crazy convenient for business travelers or tourists who are going downtown. Nice workout room, and there's a nearby park (very short drive) with an awesome walking trail. If you're lucky you will see several deer as we did on our last night. It was a bit surprising that such a nice hotel with an indoor pool did not also have a hot tub. We were really hoping for a warm soak but sadly that was not available - not even in the room since it only has a large shower but no tub. Our room didn't get maid service one morning. We had a late breakfast and left the DND hanger on the door until we left for the day at about 10:30 AM. Housekeeping was still working on our floor, but somehow they didn't get our room done. The night clerk was kind enough to bring up a fresh towel, shampoo, and soap.
Even though it was further from Denver than I had hoped it was easy to get downtown. Room was nice. Location to shopping was great. When the people above me showered it sounded like I had a cascading waterfall next to my head. Walls were thin.
The room and facility were very clean and well kept. The breakfast was delicious! I had reserved two queens because of four guests (two adults + two kiddos) and was "upgraded" to a king with sofa-sleeper. I'm pretty easy-going so it was okay...but it still bothers me when hotels take it upon themselves to change my reservation. Other than that the stay was great.
I'll be back ! Location , staff, facilities, breakfast, and rooms, were excellent, excellent ,excellent, excellent and excellent in that order . Only negative ..... distance from airport .......
I enjoyed the fireplace and very spacious living room. The room was cozy and I would front-end staffing here None.
The place had a resort flavor to it. Quiet, isolated yet near town. The staff was helpful, friendly and genuine. Room was well designed and comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly full with a pleasant courtyard for eating and a small but nice pool.
The hotel was clean, well-located and the staff was friendly. The constant slamming of doors. Our "next door neighbors" banging on our door all through the night (they keep thinking it was their room and they were drunk). Cleaning staff ignoring Do Not Disturb sign and banging on the door.
