10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stunning accommodation in a champagne house. We were made to feel very welcome by Heidi, which was made even better by being offered a glass of champagne (the sign of things to come!). Well located accommodation as it's easy to walk between the various champagne houses in the village for tastings. There's no need to go anywhere else for dinner as the set meal offered here was of a very high standard, cooked by a great chef called Dorothie - you meet with the other guests over a couple of glasses of champagne (and a very substantial canape) in the communal lounge prior to dinner being served in the dining room. Breakfast had a very good twist on the usual continental breakfast as it included local delicacies, a stunning quiche cooked by Heidi (such talented staff at this venue) and champagne. As we were checking out we were offered more champagnge tastings - they are justifiably proud of their produce. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Cons: Nothing
4.6 Okay
Pros: Comfortable beds
Cons: We were overcharged for the room. Had to ask for coffee and milk for the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic service both before and during our stay and we wished we'd stayed at Les Bulles Dorees for more than one night. We had two rooms and both were very comfortable with excellent facilities. It was a lovely relaxing place to stay and we will be back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dorothy and Heidi demonstrated the best hospitality, I felt so welcomed at the place. Very yummy breakfast esp the baguette and bread. The staff taught me a whole lot of Champagne 101, really appreciated.
Cons: None
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfest was amazing! With homemade tart, yoghurt and quiche. The breakfest area was stunning with background music including. Both ladies ( Heidi & Clarence) are wonderful hostess. Very friendly with custom made attention for all guests. We received very good advices for places to visit. We visited all of them! Besides all of this the champagne is very good! Champagne breakfest, What Else?
Cons: Not much choise for restaurants in town. Restaurant in next door hotel is very old fashioned chique and expansive. But is was a experience to never forget!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very warm welcome, great location for the Champagne houses, great room and lounge! Lovely garden too
Cons: Very few places to eat in the village itself
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A wonderful old fashioned, yet modern hotel in the middle of vin (champagne) yards. Very clean, very friendly, efficient staff, nice breakfast, fantastic dinner.... Would stay here again!!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect for a stay in champagne and is also close enough to the motorway to be used as a stopover if you’re travelling north/south. The facilities are excellent, our room beautiful and the staff at check in and check out were lovely.
Cons: One of the reasons we booked was the great reviews of the restaurant and we were looking forward to our Friday night meal. Sadly the food was really disappointing and definitely did not live up to the reviews. We ate in a lot of different places during our holiday (from Michelin star restaurants to beach bars and pizzerias) and the meal we had here was, by a long way, the worst of our three weeks away. Perhaps it was the chefs day off.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: this Place has lost its former gloria from last year. in comparison it's not the same Place at all.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a very stylish boutique hotel set in vineyards. The room was tastefully decorated in a designer style. The bar and dining room was a pleasing space and the food was much better than on our previous visit - good brasserie style food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast and dinner, excellent champagne, wonderfull rooms, amazing staff, the best experience ever!
Cons: Everything was perfect!
4.0 Okay
Pros: Chateau de Sacy was amazing! The service was fabulous and the rooms were exceptional with gorgeous views of the vineyards. The location was perfect as you could visit all the smaller champagne houses around the area. The Nordic baths were amazing and great to wind down after a long day! I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family who would like to visit Reims in the future.
Cons: Some language barriers and a makeup light on the magnifying mirror in the bathrooms would be helpful.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Chateau Sacy is a relatively new hotel (it opened mid-2017) and everything about its presentation, decor, atmosphere is brilliant. We were only one of three couples staying the night but that did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay or the attentiveness of the staff. We would happily stay here again.
Cons: Probably the biggest disappointment was the choice and quality of the food. There is an 'all day' menu with some interesting options and choices. On the other hand, the dinner menu, although offering 4 choices per course, some were remarkably similar and disappointing. The food was presented well but we'd have to say that such an excellent hotel deserves to be better supported by its food offerings.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is simply marvelous
Cons: This is the second year I come back. Vs the previous one, the level of the service was much lower. As well as the level of the food. The staff is nice, kind but too young. The chef has changed and the food was not excellent as it was last year
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Please stop the partner question, I went with my wife

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious modern and clean. On site parking. Close to tram line
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All brand new, service was very good, provided with bathrobes and slippers, staff and the team were amazing, when we got there we thought may be this will be interesting and the staff and team were absolutely amazing, the breakfast was absolutely good very big portions, staff would do anything for you, the very kind lady who checked us in gave us some pointers on where to go eat nearby, brand new big apartments, yes there are a lot of seniors but in our experience they were all friendly, very good value for money for what you getting with free secure parking
Cons: All good
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, super clean rooms + little touches like the bathrobes, slippers and biscuits were much appreciated.
Cons: Disappointed to find the pool empty of water, as a refreshing swim after a long journey would have been greatly appreciated. It didn't help that there was no notice to that effect on the changing room door, resulting in a couple clad in bathers staring at an empty pool ! Kitchen could do with a bread knife and colander.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Apartments we're of a high standard and very clean. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Cons: Breakfast was included in the price but very poor choice.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant and helpful staff, breakfast staff especially helpfull. Rooms basic but good. Very pleased.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Parking was easy. Apartment was spacious.
Cons: As a nursing home I am sure it is fantastic, but as a hotel it leaves a lot to be desired. It should be emphasised on booking details that it is essentially a nursing home which rents out spare apartments. They do not provide lunch and evening meals unless you are a resident, although this is not what the booking details lead you to believe. The bar serves coffee and tea, so it is a cafe not a bar! No curtains in bedrooms only metal shutters which combined with the sterile nature of the rooms led my daughter to say that it felt like we were staying in a prison hospital and this was further emphasised by the fact that you were given a tick list for ordering your breakfast, which was okay but not as good as many hotels we have stayed in where you help yourself to what you desire. Not a true continental breakfast either as there was no cheese, ham or fruit. And the view that is mentioned on the details sent to you by the hotel is of a building site as it in the middle of nowhere which is being developed over time. There are no facilities or restaurants nearby. Sadly some of the staff were a little unhelpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, very new. Pleasant staff and very accomodating. I would stay here again and would recommend it.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Newness, cleanliness and very spacious
Cons: Nothing to dislike

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole experience was delightful. We had such a courteous welcome from all the family, and our room was impeccably clean and comfortable, furnished to a very high standard. Our hosts recommended a really good local restaurant and even booked our table. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. Everyone was so careful to make sure we were happy. We're very pleased to recommend this lovely place!
Cons: We only stayed one night - we really should have stayed longer! We also wished our car boot was bigger - there was not enough room to bring home lots of their family Champagne!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every member of the family whom we met was delightful. They made us feel truly welcomed. I am so glad to have had the charming town of Rilly-la-Montagne as a base for exploring the Champagne region. The hostess prepared a filling and delicious breakfast -- more than we could begin to consume -- and she advised us well about places to see, eat and drink. The champagne made on the premises was the best we tasted, and the tasting itself was special in that it was in the intimate space of their home. I couldn't believe how affordable a bottle of their champagne was, especially after I tasted how good it was. The room was huge, modern and well-appointed. The bathroom was spacious and had plenty of hot water. The location is quiet. I look forward to visiting Rilly-la-Montagne again and staying at Champagne & Chambres hôtes Didier Jeangout!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Speak very good English even though she will tell you otherwise! Close to the train station and great access to Reims and Epernay! Good parking!
Cons: Nothing wrong with the property at all but if you want something to eat at night there is nothing in Rilly-la-Montagne. You will need to go to a bigger town.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location! The host is extremely kind and was always available for our questions. The location is extremely quiet, rooms are tidy and vary comfortable. Definitely recommended!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location

Pros: Great position for touring area. Friendly owners.
Cons: Need new bedding, sheets very rough with pilling. Breakfast OK but no fruit. OK if not gluten free. There is a kitchen with a fridge but we weren’t told about it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners are so pleasant, can’t do enough for you. I don’t speak much French but it wasn’t a problem for them, we used a translation tool and even conducted a tasting that way!! Would recommend it.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the motorway, a perfect place to break a long journey. Welcoming to dogs and their owners!
Cons: Everything was good.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and efficient check in and service when we ordered drinks before heading out for dinner. Gave us a copy of the tram times into Reims which was very helpful. Breakfast was good with an increased choice since we were there last. Free coffee excellent. A very good stopover hotel close to autoroute.
Cons: The plug sockets in the room were very difficult to get a standard UK adaptor into to charge mobiles etc. Suggest a USB port be installed next to the phone/desk area.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lots of information on touristic spots and Champagne. Very friendly and helping stuf.
Cons: Room might be a little bit small.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel. For either a one night stop off or visiting the area. Very good breakfast. Free coffee and tea machine is fabulous.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the hotel and the staff. The champagne tour was exceptional. We loved the salon and outdoor space to sit and have a drink. They also helped us get a taxi for our dinner.
Cons: Nothing - it was perfect!
7.9 Good
Pros: Kevin was very helpful and pleasant. Stephanie at the Champagne tour and tasting was very knowledgeable. The location was very relaxing. We made use of the electric bikes and restaurant recommendations. Both restaurants were particularly good. Champagne on arrival and at breakfast was a very nice touch.
Cons: Bathroom a little small. Would have been nice to have slippers for the floor boards in the bedroom. Slight noise from air conditioning even when turned off. Lack of serving cutlery at buffet breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole experience start from finish by the staff and excellent location in the middle of champagne region.
Cons: Nothing. Perfect
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff we dealt with was amazing, (I think he was called Kevin) he knew all the history of the building, family, local area and Champagne! He had some great recommends for dinner and could even get you in a 3 star Michelin restaurant if you asked! He is a credit to the business.
Cons: The Wifi wasn't working for the 2 nights we were there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service and good breakfast
Roulotte la Dominique - Romery - Building
7
9.1 Excellent (62 reviews)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The Roulette is clean and reasonably comfortable (although could do with some decent pillows rather than the dozen cushions that are on the bed). The owners are very friendly and hospitable and gave me champagne as a welcome and good advice on where to go to eat. The hot tub is brilliant! I was staying in Romery to go cycling in the hills and the very powerful jacuzzi was perfect afterwards.
Cons: The only issue with Romery is that there are no restaurants in walking distance - in fact, the nearest place for an evening meal is in Épernay - so not great if you want to go and sample local wines with dinner since you have to drive. (on the other hand - there are about a dozen champagne producers within walking distance so for champagne tasting it's not a problem)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding experience! The hosts looked after us as their family. Roulotte, whirlpool, garden - everything was perfect. The only negative is all people who gave less than 10 points to this accommodation and had pointless comments on it - shame on you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful accomodation and has everything you need. Enjoyed the hot tub and lounging in the garden. When we arrived we were offered champagne from their sons vineyard. Was very lovely! Their English isn't good but so much better than my french haha. Google translate was helpful! They were very accommodating however they sat with us for breakfast which we found a little awkward being watched eating (they meant well) Overall I would reccomend here to anyone! It's beautiful and peaceful.
7.9 Good
Pros: our hosts were very welcoming & friendly, we were given a lovely glass of champagne on our arrival & a tour of their sons champagne house was arranged at short notice. The accommodation was quirky and comfortable we would definitely recommend the champagne & accommodation
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hospitality in a lovely quiet village in the heart of the vineyards.
Cons: The price was a little on the high side
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A quirky place to stay. Compact but had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Hot tub was lovely after a long journey and super friendly host and hostess.
Cons: Not sure about the black toilet paper. A bit too quirky?!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The owners were simply lovely and welcoming. We were greeted with a drink of champagne, and what’s more they joined us. Our French is awful and their English minimal but through Google translator we got along fine. They then allowed us to finish the bottle alone when sat in the hot-tub. In the morning we were given a tour of the champagne cellar and this was also lovely. We ended up with three generations of the family with us. We look forward to returning, they were simply the nicest hosts during our trip to France!
Cons: Unfair to say anything really, the room and bathroom are not huge but we knew that when we booked. If you want oppulant comfort then don’t book but if you want to stay in a delightful painted caravan with the use of a hot tub then give it a try!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The owners were superfriendly. A little apero when we arrived, a nice talk with them about the region. Loves it!
Cons: There was a lot of decoration in the room, and not to much space to put you toiletries.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was terrific for visiting family owned or run houses of champagne. It was all so quiet and very restful the jacuzzi was outstanding. The caravan was very private and unique. the grounds were very pretty the view from the porch was nice and the use of the kitchen facilities was also terrific. Our hosts Patrice and Sylvette were ideal for B&B very warm enthusiastic and interested in our travels and in communicating with our broken French and their English. We would love to stay here again and spend all our time in Champagne.
Cons: Our suitcases were on the floor and we would have liked a folding luggage rack.

No hook in bathroom for dressing gown.

8.2 Excellent (232 reviews)
Overview Reviews

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located and run by champagne producer, excellent access to original bio champagne.
Cons: n.a.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Its location was beautiful. You could look out onto the vines from your bedroom window and wander into the vineyards, quite special
Cons: We stayed during the heatwave and there is no aircon. A small desk fan is provided but wasn't enough. The breakfast is lacking for a moderately priced hotel in champagne, it really should be much more. The croissants were the frozen ones, coffee not great. Also we couldn't check in till 4pm.
6.0 Good
Pros: Rooms were very modern and clean and comfortable
Cons: Just one member of staff on site, check in evening meal and breakfast. Food wasn’t his strong point.. sadly quite basic and pricey compared to local competition
7.9 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff not professional. No restaurant/barkeeper at that moment.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our 2nd stay at the property and what a find it is - OK, it's off the beaten track, but the staff, the locality, the accommodation and the surrounding vineyards are beautiful! An on-site champagne factory tour/tasteing can be added to the visit in the morning and the products are superb and very reasonably priced - Thank you.
Cons: Property doesn't have aircon, but northern France isn't noted for temperature extremes.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staying in the middle of the vineyards is awesome, and the room was nice. We liked the breakfast / bar area, and the quality of the breakfast breads. There should have been some hot (eggs) options for breakfast. The staff was nice, but the onsite manager tended to be drunk by the time the cocktail / evening hours came around. Also, the room service was not daily. I heard they wanted to expand the amount of rooms, making this more hotel-like. If that is the case, they will need to provide hotel-like, professional service.
Cons: A little pricey for minimal service.

Soap dispenser in shower falling away from wall.Had been badly replaced by smaller version which meant dirty outline of original visible. Should be renewed more frequently! Overall impression was unhygenic and not encouraging to use.

Cons: It would have been nice to be informed that there was a coach party in. Not enough food for breakfast, no hot water for tea and coffee. Apparently they don’t bring the coffee machine out if there’s a party. Queues were long and nowhere to sit.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location (proximity to motorway); local (walkable) dining options.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed very comfortable
Cons: Nothing
5.8 Okay

Cons: Nothing
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice area to sit for an evening drink.
Cons: Breakfast was very basic.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Cons: There was a car rally convention on that weekend with people arriving late then loudly chatting outside the building into the early morning which was annoying. This is not the fault of the hotel itself, but perhaps a prominent notice should be posted encouraging visitors to keep the noise down after 11 p.m.?
7.1 Good
Pros: Handy for an en route stop, as the motorways are really close by. They have a selection of partner food places, one of which is smack in the centre of Reims: the food was excellent, the service quick and I also managed to stroll towards the cathedral, within walking distance from the restaurant. You need a car (8 minutes) from the hotel.

Pros: Easy access to the motorway
Cons: Check-in was a bit of a nightmare. The reception isn't manned 24hrs. The person who put my details on their system got both my booking reference and my name wrong. I ended up having to call the out-of-hours service and then wait in the cold for someone to arrive.

Cons: The room is a little narrow. But other things are good.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Super room for the price. Clean, quiet, comfy but very small room with 4 beds for 66€. Safe neighborhood. Restaurants & supermarkets nearby in walking distance. Glad we found that place near Reims. Good for one night on the way to/from Paris. Bunkbeds fine with kids. Rating given according to price for 4 people and just one night stay. Friendly & helpful staff.
Cons: Can not complain for the price. Wifi not very fast. Room was a bit cold, heater did not work. Breakfast is cheaper and better at nearby MacDonalds.

Pros: Breakfast is ok for this price!
Cons: Definitely, we had a wrong decision, choosing this hotel. They gave us a room with an old carpet - disgusting! A very small room, without any mirrors and with a bad smell of cigarettes! Awful!
