Guests frequently praised the hotel's modern atmosphere, friendly and accommodating staff, and comfortable beds. The rooftop bar and common areas were highlighted as enjoyable features, and the decor was often described as trendy and inviting. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the parking situation, citing the lack of self-parking and high valet fees. Rooms do not have a closet. Bathroom sink area is very small. Used my upgrade nights to get into. Corner king. Nothing special about the room at all. Welcome gift is a bag with water in it.
