Pros (+) One of my favorite Hilton properties. The rooms are fabulous and there is always a good group of folks downstairs at the bar for the evening reception, if that's your thing. The staff is something to look forward to, rather than dreading having to interact with. I always feel right at home here even if it's been a couple months between visits.
Cons (-) A bit pricey, but Charlotte, in general, is pricey due to taxes.

Cons (-) On a Saturday night at 9pm, we had many families staying at the hotel, and they had barely any food that could be ordered from the menu. Probably 15 people ordered and they came back and pretty much said they were out of everything, except a couple appetizers. A hotel of this size should not run out of all the food on the menu.
