The location was great and we had free parking out back!
There was no hot water, so one of us had an unpleasant surprise in the shower. Neither was able to shower. They said it might be a problem with a some sort of re-set they’d done. They gave a discount on the room, though not enough to make for the inconvenience. There was no mention of coffee or continental breakfast in the morning when we checked out.
Very clean, very nice rooms. Very close to the down town area. Very close to bars and restaurants. The location is great where as it is in walking distance to Holland College, where our daughter is attending. The owners are super friendly which makes the stay pleasant. We will be returning.
Clean, friendly staff
Breakfast was awesome! Fresh strawberries and blueberries, Activia yogurt, carrot or blueberry muffins, hard boiled eggs and many choices of coffee or tea for the Keurig machine plus there was bread for toast and all the trimmings. It was very walkable. We parked our car on Thursday afternoon behind the property (parking provided) and didn't use it again until Saturday morning after we checked out. And our room had a super jaccuzi bath-tub.
Bigger night tables on either side of the bed would have been nice but not a big deal.
Splendid continental breakfast. Healthy food choices. Very quiet room location.
Can't think of anything now.
