Cons:
I phoned to say that i would arrive just after 11pm abd was that a problem. I was told by Staff at Enterprise Aberdeen Airport that although they shut at 11pm someone would wait. I arrived to find everything shut. I needed a taxi and then return the next day. I was told my car was not there but a similar would be found. I thought the JUKE was slightly small for the size i ordered.10.0 Wonderful

With a one-way rental, we had never been to the Stena terminal before and on google maps it’s very confusing where the Hertz return location is. Even after phone confirmation with the Hertz rep on site we were unsure where to park because there are ZERO signs that say car rental, Hertz, etc.6.8 Okay

The car was compact, comfortable, and clean. Overall it was the right car for our vacation. At Glasgow airport Hertz, the younger woman at the pick-up and drop off was very nice and helpful, regardless of the trouble the other member of staff made.Cons:
Although we called ahead to Hertz in Glasgow from Dublin airport about switching our pick-up location (due to delays and missed flights) which would be "no problem at all", they seemed to have nothing available when we got there. When they finally found a vehicle similar to our initial order, we felt like there were A LOT of added/hidden costs. The person helping us out was rude, and we seemed like an inconvenience. When we got to the car at the lot, about to load it, another member of staff claimed we were taking the wrong vehicle (which we were not) and continued to the lot-office to check. I later followed as we didn't understand what the issue was. Other staff also didn't understand what the problem was, so after some deliberation on her side she exclaimed "whatever, just tell her it's fine... Just let them take it!" Some of the staff should've handled the situation better by communicating with both the colleagues and clients. The explanation of the rental agreement should not be done rudely, and the pick-up/drop-off staff member handled the situation quite poorly.10.0 Wonderful

Was very disappointed with booking a "Premium Class" car through this service - Website stated a "Mercedes C Class or similar". An extremely basic Volkswagen Golf was the car we received on arrival at the Avis counter. Fitting a family and luggage into this car was awful. Extremely disappointed.Easirent

Cons:
When I arrived, I was informed that the prior customer had returned the car wrecked and there was no other car available for me to drive. There was also no other rental car available at any other rental company nearby. Needless to say, this caused major havoc for my intended vacation plans (which involved driving to 3 other cities in the area), and ended up costing me 3x as much on trains/buses and having to change plans for hotels. One of the guys at the customer service desk did his best to help (allowing me to use their phone for international calls, etc.), while shortly after the other kicked me out of their small waiting area, where I was using wifi to rearrange my plans, because other customers were on their way in.
