Cons: No Sunday drop offs spot after 3 pm. The 820 Main drop off and lock box was very hard to find.

Pros: They provided us with complimentary water bottles
Cons: We were denied a car rental despite our reservation because we did not have a major credit card but rather a Visa debit card. There was no indication that this would be the case in the fine print of our rental confirmation and in fact their front door states that they take credit and debit cards. Apparently that is only if you are local or are renting at an airport with a round trip ticket. We had flown in to Houston for a cruise and were flying out of Austin so this didn’t apply to us. I hope Enterprise considers changing this ridiculous policy or at least being more transparent about it when reservations are made.

Pros: They took good care of me and made sure that everything was to my liking before letting me hit the road.
Pros: Though kayak confirmed, it was not really confirmed and hertz called me to apologize. Of course, it was late for me to find another rental mini van!

Pathetic and I will tell every executive I know how I was TREATED
Cons: Everything ---- I was given confirmation number H4574018549 at approximately 330 EST on Tuesday 17th. I arrived in Little Rock, Arkansas and took a cab over to W Markum street to pick up my rental at 545 p.m. CST. I asked for my car and the lady who was super rude said quote "We are 50 cars short!" I replied "I have a confirmation number." She didn't acknowledge me and proceeded to tell me that she is leaving in 15 minutes. I asked What am I suppose to do?" She ignored me! I spent two hundred dollars in cab fare and after calling multiple times to HERTZ they found me a rental in CONWAY, Arkansas. No apologies NOTHING! I had to call three times to get them to send me the address and confirmation number. When I went to pick up the car the lady had to enter my information three times and the process took 20 minutes. No apology NOTHING! When I dropped the car off at HERTZ at Little Rock airport I asked for the manager. She was so disrespectful and deer in the head lights look. She said you will have to take it up with W Markum street location. I talk to C level executives every day and I have already told this story twice. HERTZ should be embarrassed and ashamed for giving out FAKE confirmation codes when they are 50 cars short! NEVER EVER will I recommend HERTZ and YOUR customer service trainers should be FIRED!
