Cons: Able to confirm rental online with bank card but unable to use at counter without a flight number. I'm sorry is the rule that the only people that rent a car for the weekend is people that have flown. Seriously rental car companies need to get step up. Thia whole experience was annoying and time consuming. Like I the customer have all frigging day.

Easy pick up and drop off
Pros: The service agent, Geri, was wonderful. And the process to check in was quick. The price could not be beat either.
Cons: Nothing really. The car had a heavy air freshener smell - I think someone had been smoking in it - But that is a minor complaint.

Service was very courteous & efficient on pickup
Pros: Enjoyed the Chevy eclipse, good gas mileage, comfortable ride. Liked the back up camera, radio, seat adjustment. Check-in clerk at Alamo counter quoted me $316.00, after we took off insurance at pick-up.
Cons: I returned the car on time, full of gas. The national rental rep printed up my bill as $349.00. I went inside to talk to manager, national counter was covering for Alamo. The only charge they could pull up was $349.00. So I was not pleased with increase in price when I returned the car.

Pros: The agents were very nice in both Duluth and Arkansas
Cons: We were driving the car from Arkansas to Duluth, MN. The car stunk and the seats were all stained. The car did not have cruise which would have been a great thing to have with such a long drive. It was $162 for a 1 day rental. For that price, I would think that we would get a better car that was clean, did not stink and had basic features (cruise).

45 minutes to get wrong car
Cons: There was no one at the Alamo counter, so had to go to an "alliance partner" counter. There were 2 people in front of me, and the first person had already been there a while. It was over 45 minutes before I could get a car, and it was not what I had reserved. It seems that they only had 2 cars left by the time they got to me, both much bigger than what I had reserved.
Cons: I thought I rented a compact car but I received an economy and paid for compact. I told the agents that the website says a Chev Spark is economy, they disagreed. The car was filthy.

Pros: Attendant came out when we returned. He took care of everything and I didn't have to go inside. Very nice and accommodating.
Cons: First was told there were no cars available matching what I was told on reservation. Said they were 20 cars short. Magically came up with a car. Said it just was returned from oil change. Brand new car , highly unlikely. Counter worker not accommodating and basically said there was no car. I pressed the issue of giving me something bigger. She refused and that's when the other car magically showed up.

Don't waste your time with DOLLAR
Pros: They didn't try to sell me additional insurance.
Cons: Counter was closed when I tried to pick up car after flight landed.
Had to rent with another company for a day.
AWFUL experience upon return to XNA also.
Pros: Car was clean, full of gas and didn't smell like cigarettes. The guy that checked us in was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Paid for a full size car and the guy in the parking garage tried to put us in a micro SUV. Had to demand a full size car and you'd thought I'd asked them to cut off their right arm. The attendant then drove dangerously fast through the parking garage when bringing around the car. He was more concerned about looking cool than providing any customer service.

Nice, quick, easy
Pros: I had to pick my car up after a very late flight in a small airport. I was worried I would have a hard time picking up my car, but it was very easy. Both the pick up and drop off attendants were very professional and friendly. The car was economical, and just what I wanted.

Cons: Took forever to get the car. They couldn't find the reservation at first. Had no pen to sign the paperwork with. Then the car stunk of cigarette smoke and another car that's didn't smell wasn't available.
Trying to make the reservation no one would answer the phone at the desk at the little rock airport. Very disappointed in enterprise this time.

Great Customer Service in person, not over phone
Pros: The gentleman who checked my car in and out provided great service and fixed an error that was left on my bill. I was really impressed he with how quick he was able to correct it considering he is new and still training. The guy more experienced guy who was with him was even impressed.
Cons: I called customer service to change my rental from a one way drop off to a round trip. The one way drop off fee wasn't removed from my bill. I thought my final bill was higher than i was quoted over the phone so I asked the guy working when I returned my car to review my bill to make sure I was being charged correctly. He fixed it right away.
Pros: The Budget employees at the Little Rock airport we're very helpful, and all-around great!
Cons: All the extra fees associated with the rental because it was a holiday weekend, that's just silly.

5 Stars Kayak - 0 Stars Budget
Cons: I approached the Budget counter having priced several options on Kayak, so I knew what pricing was available. The price to buy in person from the counter was over $50 more than to buy through the app and the counter representative could not match Budget's own price. I stepped out of line and booked through Kayak. Bravo to Kayak for giving a good value. Budget - you're pricing policy makes no sense.

Overall, good, but a suggestion
Pros: I arrived during normal business hours (Little Rock airport), everything went smoothly, the counter-person handed me the cars and indicated which parking slot number to find the car.
All good there.
Cons: When I got to the car, I noticed some scratches (showing white through the gray paint) on the liftgate, and a two-foot scratch on the passenger door. I didn't care the scratches were there, but I was concerned I might be held liable. There was no walk around by any attendant, and thought, "if they're not concerned, neither am I."
When drop-off time came, the attendant circled the car and asked about the scratches. I explained they were already there, but there was no walk-around. She explained that they don't do walk-arounds, and that next time, I should get an attendant first. Hey, Budget! Why do you put the burden on the customer to decide whether or not they should spend time tracking down an attendant?!? Here's how I will solve it. I won't bother renting from Budget again.
Pros: Clean, well-kept, performed perfectly.
You might consider letting people know how to access the trunk of vehicles if (for instance) the keyfob doesn't actually open the trunk and (for instance) the interior trunk button doesn't do so either (as was the case with the vehicle I rented) since they'll probably make use of it at some time.
Cons: The refuel price per gallon is rather ridiculous. Sometimes people just run out of time and can't refuel the car. A base cost to refuel + much lower price-per-gallon would be much better overall. (This, alone, would be the only reason I'd look at a different company to rent from in the future.)
