Cons: Unhelpful, almost rude, staff at the reception desk. My rental consisted of 2 separate rentals, back to back. I needed to return the first car to pick up the second. I had left my luggage in the 1st car, as there was no place to leave it unattended and I kept the key for the 1st car temporarily to which the garage staff agreed. I made a mistake of voluntarily showing the key to a receptionist who effectively made me march back to the garage to return it (wasting my time). The 2nd car had a problem with audio input; functioning audio was important to me: this was a 3 week rental, and I specifically pre-recorded my favorite music on a mobile device. Even though they had other cars in the same class available, they firmly refused to let me switch a car, stressing that they are not obliged to provide audio. While that's probably correct, their better customer service attitude would go a long way in my feeling good in this rental experience, at a time when rental cars are a commodity, and rental companies can distinguish themselves in providing positive experience.
