When booking through Kayak, there was no option for a child seat addition or information saying that this pick up point in Budva is not an office. When we arrived we could not find the office/person. As there was no office and no prior option for a car seat we couldn't get one. The member of staff from Hertz was extremely unhelpful and doesn't know where the nearest Hertz office is. He told us we would have to drive an hour to get a car seat when we afterwards looked and found one 20 mins away! Before using the car, we spent 20 mins looking for a car seat in Budva from other rentals. We then came back to find the car had been TOWED! THE HERTZ EMPLOYEE HAD PARKED ILLEGALLY AND NOT TOLD US THIS WHEN HE HANDED ME THE KEYS. WITH THIS EMPLOYEE WE SPENT 2 HOURS TRYING TO LOCATE THE CAR! WE ALSO SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AT HERTZ AND HE WAS ALSO VERY RUDE AND HELPFUL ESPECIALLY TOWARDS MY WIFE. I HAD TO PAY TO GET IT RELEASED FROM THE LOCAL POLICE EVEN THOUGH I HADN'T EVEN TOUCHED THE CAR YET!!!!! WILL NOT BE USING HERTZ AGAIN ANY TIME SOON! THEY NEED TO DO SOME TRAINING WITH THEIR STAFF AS THEY WERE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND RUDE.
