Cons:

I had plans to take a group of ten people to celebrate a birthday. When I went to get my vehicle they said they’d called the day before to confirm and left a message. Because I didn’t answer the phone they gave my vehicle to someone else. They should just take a deposit from people. Then they would still get their money. I checked my messages and missed calls and had not received either. Very poor business practice.

Counter opened a little earlier than 9AM.

Cons:

Vehicle was filthy and definitely not sanitized! Would not go over 70MPH, making passing on I-95 nearly impossible and definitely dangerous.

The car type.

Cons:

Having a vehicle where I was sent to pick up, rather then showing up there and being sent to another because they didn’t have any atm. Not being overcharged 100$ when my pick up was supposed to be 107$ and was charged 200$. The vehicle was not clean inside or out trash and weed bags, giving the car a nasty weed smell. The gas tank was 3/4 full I returned it full. Over just not a good rent. I would like to be contacted about getting a refund or at least the amount I overpaid. I have pictures of what I was supposed to pay and bank statements of what I over paid.
