2 locations in Juneau
Pros:Staff was great. Super easy drop off.
Cons:Clean your cars. Spent 30 min waiting for the inside of the windows to defrost. Covered in salt from the roads. Could have used an interior wipe down.
Pros:Stuff was super! Thanks for the suggestions
Cons:A bit pricy, for a half day, economy car, mid week.
Cons:The car was a POS.
Pros:Staff was very helpful, the car was ready when I got there with no delay at all.
Cons:Juneau is a very expensive place to rent a car for a day but less expensive than paying cruise ship prices to get out to Mendenhall glacier and back.
Cons:Was at least a 15 minute walk to pick up the car. Reservation started pick up at the cruise port.
Pros:Original staff was good, but went back to speak with the manager and she was the rudest person I’ve dealt with. Our family will be avoiding the company because of her.
Cons:Manager could not have such an attitude over a suggestion to improve quality of service.
Pros:Efficiency of the process
Cons:It was perfect
Pros:Everything was easy.
Cons:Great service. No complaints.
8.0 Very good
Pros:Service was quick and the car was clean. I was offered an upgrade to all wheel drive because of the ice and sleet outside, I appreciated that.
Cons:I don’t have any complaints, wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.
8.8 Very good
Pros:The pickup/dropoff was so easy, partly because I was the only customer at any of the counters. The agents were pleasant and helpful. The car (Ford Focus) was adequate for the class of car we chose.
Cons:The price seemed high compared to other rentals we've had over the years in other places. Could be because everything in Juneau is expensive. It was the least expensive of the options in Juneau, and was adequate for our needs. There's not a lot of distance to cover around there, so fitting 5 adults into a Ford Focus worked for us this time.
Pros:Incredibly easy pickup with no up-sell. I was in the car almost as fast as I could have stepped in a taxi.
Cons:There are no negatives on the Alamo side. However, for some reason Kayak lists this vendor as being reached by a shuttle. It's not--you get your key by baggage claim and go a few steps to your car in the adjacent parking lot.

Pros:staff at budget in Juneau are awesome.
Cons:Had a vehicle to rent
Pros:- Fair price - Quick, professional pickup & dropoff - Clean car - Auto-Start was a bonus
Cons:Tires were all weather, not winter.
Pros:Everything went smoothly, car was great!
Pros:I saved money on cabs with a rental and a lot of us carpooled.
Cons:Check in took a little longer and the clerk could not answer some of my questions. More info about the rentaland options would have been helpful.
