There were few things that were not clear. Firstly even after taking total insurance from the site. I was forced to buy insurance from the counter again. Secondly to check snd reconfirm if i dont have insurance i tried customer care but no help from there. So bought insurance and paid extra 300 euros. Then even after booking GLA mercedes. I got kia ceed car. Which is not even a luxury car. There was no way to get the right car or refund of the money. Really disappointed.
