Pros: I rent cars several times a year and this was by far the easiest best transaction I have ever had. The Staff were accommodating and polite. The whole process took from beginning to end about 10 minutes.

Car we rented wasn't available, we lost 4 hours of
Pros: Staff seemed friendly enough, tried to fix problem.
Cons: Previous renters of the 1 van they have on site decided to come back late, so we lost 4 hours of our drive waiting for them to return. Car was given to us with 1/3 tank of fuel. No discount taken off for late delivery of car, but an overcharge of $200 on my cc card was just noticed. I will be following up.

Wonderful to deal with
Pros: The first car we were given smelled of smoke. I brought it back and the manager Bret exchanged it without a fuss. He even upgraded us for free. Would definitely rent from them again.
Pros: Car was clean and what we ordered. We paid exactly what was quoted.
Cons: We waited for a while to get picked up from the General Aviation terminal at Freeport, Bahamas even though the rental office was 3/4 mile away. When we got to the counter, the customer service rep wasn't very pleasant. She wasn't rude, just not friendly and had an "I don't care attitude."

Cons: Reserved a van because we had 6 passengers and on vacation. When we got there no vans available. Nothing to accommodate 6 passengers and nothing to accommodate all our luggage. Had to take a vehicle that was only 5 person -- which meant cramped and no seat belt. Did not have a van for us until 2 1/2 days later. Not happy at all. Gave a discount but not really enough to make up for the horrible inconvenience and unsafe conditions.
