I arrived at location. With my confirmation. They had no cars and kept the insurance payment. They said they were sorry! I got a ride 25 miles to get there. No calls to let me know anything!

The staff were great! Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. The car was clean and comfortable. It felt like I was driving a new vehicle. The price was also very affordable. Definitely will use this service again!
Wasn’t able to rent, system allowed car to be reserved that was unavailable, no solution to resolve was offered. It really messed up my plans! Don’t think I wouldtake a chance on trusting them again with my rental needs.

I booked the car online and the website said the care was available. When I arrived, they told me there were no cars available and none were coming in. When I asked to cancel, they told me they couldn't do that there. Finally, they gave me a 1800 number to cancel the reservation. I will never use them again.
