Pickup a disaster, paid for an upgrade I never got , put in a can on wheels. Treated unfairly I think because booked online, they just didn’t care at all- no more Hertz.Cons:

10 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way in a nice new family vehicle for a few days! I will definitely go back if needed in the futureCons:
I wasn't really sure if I needed the added "bumper to bumper" insurance protection? I thought there would be insurance on it already if I was renting it lol so instead of only having to pay $15 per day like it said online I think it was closer to $50-60. Unlimited mileage though so still not bad :)7.2 Good

Having to wade through wet snow to get to my vehicle. Receiving a European car that would not start unless I stepped on the brake. Was not told about this by agent and had to make phone call to resolve the problem.Enterprise

Comfort, cleanliness and pickup and dropoff, except for the car not being an Intermediate, were pretty seamless.Cons:
My booking was for an Intermediate car. They gave me an Hyundai Accent definitely a compact not an intermediate. A Corolla or an Elantra would have been intermediate.9.6 Wonderful
