Very long wait (over 30 minutes) in line at counter at Schiphol to pick up the car. For the rest it was fine.

Drop off was not so clear, nobody at the office and no clear indication where to park the car. The phone line is kind of useless, spending time to linsten the automatic answers and speak with someone is difficult. The rest was good

There were so many people at the same time waiting for the pick up that we had to wait for over 40 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpfull but the line was too much after a flight.

Standard car was an electric one, not ideal for long travel so got a 'discounted' upgrade to MB E200 - lovely cruising car, top quality.

The electric charging cable was malfunctioning and required us to return to pick up another vehicle. All Sixt offered was a "free upgrade" for the next time we rented with them. Utter BS

Ordered vehicle was not available due to 'being more than 1 hour late' although flight number was in the booking and the flight delayed, instead all other vehicles were ~20 euros more per day

SIXT are the wort among all Rent a car companies in terms of Client assistance, services and facilities, i told my company to leave them as desperate choice, i will avoid dealing with them, and will advice everyone i know not to deal with them.
