Waiting outside before picking the car up and after dropping it off seems like a poor way to do business. I understand that in these times of COVID-19, businesses have had to make changes, but being able to wait inside for a ride seems do able.10.0 Wonderful

The car was not spot clean. The windshield needs wiping from the inside in the vehicles I have rented. I normally take water and vinegar to do the cleaning myself, especially for night driving where the glare of the incoming cars make the marks more apparent.Avis
