Pros: The vehicle was great and reasonably priced, but most importantly the staff at the Waterloo location was great!

Impressive service from a car rental company
Pros: I recommend this particular Enterprise site in Waterloo on Weber St. Surprisingly very professional service and courteous staff (even the staff that wasn't directly serving me) which was a nice change from most of my experiences with other major car rental companies.
Staff were engaging, efficient and polite. I would go back based on the service alone.
Site was generous enough to let me off on a 30' late return too!
Cons: No particular complaints.

expensive with car problems
Cons: was 800 km from home. car ran fine for 95% of the time. drove to the grocery store in the city i was visiting and then the car wouldn't start. ended up having to pay $70 for them to bring a new car to me. the bill was already at $290, so i had a total of $360 for a 4 day trip. not sure if this was standard in the business to charge extra for problems that the customer didn't cause. i think my car rental days are over.

Won't rent again from enterprise.
Pros: We decided to make our holiday travelling more comfortable by renting a minivan. We found good pricing at enterprise so we gave it a shot. The van was actually pretty nice except that it had a strong smokey smell to it and they have no other vans to offer at the time. It was my first time renting a vehicle, and I did not think to put a second driver on the car. I ended up getting sick over Christmas and unable to drive. Enterprise was closed over the holidays from Saturday to Monday - which is an extremely long time for a retail company of any kind to close, at the busiest time of year. We called customer support to add my brother as a driver but they refused, as you apparently can only do so at a enterprise branch - but they were all closed for days!!! They would do nothing for us in the circumstance, we were stuck for 5 nights unable to drive the van and be properly insured. I understand that there are policies in place for a reason, but it's disappointing that a company would lack customer service in emergency situations. It strikes me as odd to rent vehicles during times of closure, where customers are unable to be helped for 5 nights.

Pros: Friendly ,helpful staff.No hiďden charges and no hard sell for insurance and extras

Cons: Car was not cleaned up both interior and exterior. Not that bad inside but needed a wash outside.
Even a quick car wash and interior wipe would have bee nice
Pros: They have fun cars. You don't see turbocharged cars too often at other agencies.
Cons: They just hand you the keys, no car walk around with the customer is done. On returning the car I walked into the office and very audibly said good afternoon directly to the face of the customer service gentleman who was busy typing he didnt return the greeting plus took close to a minute to acknowledge me. At other agencies I would have immediately recieved an acknowledgement. Customer service and manners are a big deal for me. The exterior and interior of the office are also badly in need of some sprucing up. The car was also pricey compared to other rental agencies in the area.
