Pros (+) Staff was friendly and helpful. The studio suite was convenient for making my family meals.
Cons (-) There was a minor fly infestation. Also, the breakfast in a bag was not good, although I appreciate being able to customize it.

Pros (+) Appreciated the free shuttle from the airport
Cons (-) Needed a shuttle to the Uhaul location that was less than 2 miles away the next morning, but the shuttle was unavailable because another family had reserved it for over an hour of time. Not sure how a free shuttle for trips within ~1.5 mile radius can be reserved for over an hour of time. Wish they wouldn't advertise a free shuttle.
