Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially for business and family stays, and appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. Many found the hotel to offer good value for money, with positive remarks about room cleanliness and amenities in several reviews. However, there are mixed opinions on cleanliness, with some guests noting issues with room and bathroom maintenance, odors, and aged furnishings. Service is generally well-regarded, though a few guests reported unprofessional behavior and problems with payment or check-in/out processes. Breakfast and food quality received both praise and criticism. Overall, the hotel is seen as a convenient and budget-friendly option, but improvements in cleanliness and professionalism could enhance the guest experience.
