Great Location - Awesome staff
The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and state capitol and museums. The breakfast is billed as a continental but it is a full breakfast buffet including, eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, cereals, juices, coffee and breads. The staff was very accommodating and gave excellent information when asked. Room and bed was very comfortable.
Being an older building, the pipes were a little noisy and the hot water took awhile to get hot.

Historic "Old" Cheyenne Hotel
Old-fashioned Charm. Staff was cheerfully accommodation with Christmas Day restaurant suggestions and helping with extra pillows and blankets.
Overuse of Indian head motif. Room was chilly-only a window unit to heat it on a cold Wyoming day. Fan had to blow all night - which made it chilly and noisy.

Neat Stay
We really enjoyed the historic feel of the Plains. Our room and bathroom was very large and comfortable. The continental breakfast was fantastic!
The parking was difficult. There was a loading/unloading area when you first arrived but you had to park on the street or in a distant garage overnight.
