Value for money was incredible. Very nice and friendly staff. Very helpful and polite staff, clean rooms. Good customer service and quite location. Staff are very helpful and attentive, smiling and very personable. Good customer care. Comfortable bed, quiet room, free coffee/chocolate in the morning at the lobby. Good location for those who has a car or bike, for the rest - you will spend lots of money on taxi. Very good breakfast. Quick service (when request). Friendly staff. Good place to stay if you want somewhere away from the bustling city and good views. Free coffee and tea provided at the lobby during the day. Price of breakfast is reasonable and not bad. All of the staff is really friendly and helpful and with great English. We especially want to thank the hotel manager who went out of her way to help resolve any needs we had. Yes, the facilities can be a little bit worn, but with full occupancy and for the great value, I cannot complain. And very clean with great room housekeeping. They have ample parking and an underground garage for our motorcycle. Thank you! This We Valley will always be our second home in Chiang Mai.

Location is good not too crowded. Mattress is so hard. It’s difficult to sleep. Location outside of town. Shower had pressure issues and noticed dirty plate left in stairwell for 2-3 days. Internet was too bad. Wifi is on and off. Pillows are really hard. The hot water is on and off too. One second it’s hot the next it’s cold. You can hear people walking outside of the room. Sometimes it can wake you up if they’re loud. Same variant of meals in breakfast. None. None. No iron. No outlet in the bathroom. Not much amenities around, however not a problem as we drive. Little away from city centre. Location. Wifi simply dead. Don't expect to use it as usual, especially download something. Always disconnect and very low speed. None. was hoping for mountain view from the window but sadly only the view of a building. Nothing. This is about as good value a you get. You really need transport though, and that's the only downside. So you need to add B150 in your mind if you need to rent a scooter. But the flexibility of the scooter has many other benefits. Not surprisingly, for the price, occupancy is high and the hotel is quite busy. Service is a good friendly and efficient, lodge standard, is not exceptional but absolutely fine. Distance to old town requires planning if you don't have transport. Without your own transport nothing to do around the area. By walk will be too far to go to the city, so only taxi or own transport. Internet connection sometimes lost. Not that I can think of. N/A. very inconvenient location, hard for meals. breakfast is not Vegas friendly, free or pay options. who doesn't want meat for a breakfast have to take a taxi to somewhere. Bathroom very dirty Food not good and overpriced for what they serve. In the city center, I you get rice, chicken and vegetables for 40 Bath. Too far from center and any amenities. Included breakfast is a scam. You get boiled rice and coffee, that's it. You need to pay the rest extra. Wifi was not working on our floor. The compressor, aircon and fridge were noisy. Only one night table in the room (not convenient for couples). You need a car. breakfast was not good. N/A.
