Furniture is really old, bathroom too small, but clean
Great location to shopping.
Run down and not well maintained. My bathroom leaked water and my shower turned cold half way through. Damp, dark, loud and generally unappealing accommodations given the price. Won't be back.
rom airconditioner unit was noisy like they always are. its right beside the bed
Hotel was great
Great location and value
Location, value, clean rooms, friendly staff, great rooftop deck with view, quiet on the floors, lively in the lobby, gym equipment.
Carpets could be a bit cleaner. Just being picky here, the stay was perfect if you need a place to simply crash when visiting.
Everything the location was perfect
Guy at the front desk in the morning of Monday Oct/16. The same guy who was at noon in Oct 20th. He thinks clients owe him something. Doesnt like to answer simple questions regarding the check-in /out. with me and I saw him been rude with an older client. Somebody should put him in his place.
Perfect location mostly
The hotel is great located walking distance to main atracttions and public transportation. Friendly staff and daily cleaning. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Not the perfect hotel for what the price was but, again, location is more than convinient !
The hotel at the entrance shows more than what it really is. The room is just ok and the bathroom was old and all white. Faucets at the showers were lose and old. Carpet in the hallways not at its best. It does’t have a swimming pool, it’s a place to sleep while being in the city only but still overprice compare to what it offers.
Staff very friendly, excellent location, great coffee shop right next door, comfortable large room
Old decor, bathroom mirror and floor had stains and cracks which made it it look dirty
The location is great--it's near the magnificent mile, train stops, tourist attractions. Our room was small and didn't have a view, but functional and clean.
There was no parking included, so we had to use a garage around the corner that cost $46 per day.
Great location, but in need of some attention
Great location for exploring the downtown. Computer and printer available in lobby for airline checkin and boarding pass print-off. Nice happy hour deals. Slept great on the very comfy king bed with ample pillows.
Our room was dark and overlooking the building HVAC unit. Had a few upkeep issues, including a leaky sink drain and a mismatched coffee pot/maker, which led to it overflowing unless either only brewing half a pot at a time or manually holding down the valve. To their credit, the sink drain was repaired by our second night.
