Nothing. Only parking is on a busy street in a bad part of Chicago. On Thursdays you have to have your vehicle off the street by 7 am...but there is nowhere on the property to park. Property shows as having parking on site...not true. I would not park my car in that neighborhood.
They cancelled the reservation without giving a refund. Why? Because when it's cancelled it is VERY difficult for the traveler to share their dissatisfaction in a survey on hotels.com.
Customer service/always the problem
I never got the opportunity to stay at this establishment. I ordered the room Friday night at about 1 in the morning not realizing if it was handicap accessible or not, I immediately tried calling the customer service line after booking. Nobody answered the line and the website said I was outside of the time limit to take a refund so I was in Massachusetts at the time and got my car with my handicap friend drove all the way to Chicago got there at 4 in the morning to realize the stairs were too narrow for me to get my friend up them, usually I help him and non accessible spaces but this was not one of those times. I called the next day as I was leaving Illinois and entering Wisconsin and the landlord of the property refuse to issue me a refund and said it was our fault that we didn't get it handled sooner. Like I said earlier we called and I left a message, but nobody responded and generally hotels have 24 hour customer service.
The decorations and the cleanliness makes you feel at home. Definitely would stay there again, next time we visit.
Cancelled us upon arrival, said they were overbooked. Beware!
