Book a Room with a View
Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the fountain comes highly recommended.
Consider Room Selection Carefully
Some guests found the basic rooms to be too small and lacking in amenities. It may be worth considering an upgrade to a more spacious room for a more comfortable stay.
Check Dining Availability
Guests have advised checking the availability of the hotel's restaurants in advance, especially if arriving late, as there were instances where only one restaurant was open, limiting dining options.
Plan Spa Visits
The spa access policy has been a point of concern for some guests, with limited hours included in certain room types. It's advisable to clarify the spa access duration when booking to avoid disappointment.
Be Mindful of Insects
Some guests noted the presence of bees and mosquitoes around the outdoor dining areas. Bringing insect repellent or inquiring about available measures to deter insects could enhance the outdoor dining experience.
Inquire About Pet Fees
If traveling with pets, it's recommended to inquire about pet fees at check-in to avoid unexpected additional charges.
Consider Transportation
As the hotel is located in a quiet area, guests may want to consider renting a car for convenient access to nearby attractions and dining options.
Verify Restaurant Reservations
Due to limited availability at the on-site restaurants, it's advisable to make reservations in advance to secure dining options, especially during peak seasons.
Clarify Breakfast Service
Some guests found the breakfast service to be underwhelming, with limited choices and slow service. Setting expectations and planning accordingly for breakfast could enhance the dining experience.
