Cons (-) The floor was wet. The room smelled moldy. There were no towels and it took hours to get any. The poor service at check-in was better than no service at check out.

Cons (-) The bed was dirty and covered with black hair. New sheets were brought in and handed to us, but not put on. No apologies made. The TV didn't work and the staff was unaccommodating . The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the placement and how easy it was to get to everything. Would NEVER stay here again.

Pros (+) Location. The ONLY thing that this hotel as is location. It's close to every attraction.
Cons (-) I've stayed at this property since it was the Radisson. It as certainly declined over the years. It is in need of some repairs and a major facelift. This will be the last time for me.
