Fantastic price for all the amenities at Crown Club. Multiple pools, water park, games rooms, beach bars, and restaurants. Very close proximity to all the Orlando theme parks. The room was large, very clean and comfortable for five people. Decent free breakfast. Very kind and helpful front desk staff. One word of caution if you intend to go to universal... Avoid the free shuttle. It was over 100 degrees on the free shuttle, standing room only and took one hour and ten minutes to arrive at Universal. It was intolerable. I should note the shuttle has nothing to do with the hotel and is a separate company and the hotel was extremely accommodating when I complained about the unpleasant experience on the shuttle. Overall, my family had a wonderful stay, so much to do and the kids loved it. Also NO pushy time share sales or anything or the sort. Its a very pleasant place. Tons amenities, clean spacious rooms and kind and helpful front desk staff. The value for the money was excellent.
Staff was excellent
The room we stayed in was nice and very spacious. Bed was comfortable too.
I like that it was close to everything. The breakfast.
The staff was very nice and the room was nice and clean
The bed was very comfortable but the walls where very thin and you could here the people next door up all night partying. I have a small child and would recommend this hotel for adults only.
The location was near all our relatives. There were no luggage carts on check in for us to use and it took us several trips for us to carry the luggage to our room. Three of is wee staying a week. We did not get in the pool because it was dirty.
The lady who checked us in recognized the event we had come to attend, and was able to provide us with more information about it. There were several other event attendees staying at the hotel, and all appeared satisfied with their accomodations.
Great shower It said I would have WiFi nope nothing. Had to park and walk all the way around to get to room.
Breakfast was great! We were moved from one room to another because the bathroom had pubic hair on the floor and we felt very unsafe , there was a man sitting on a chair outside looked like he was doing drugs or even like a drug deal was going to happen soon, really made my sister & I feel very unsafe, Ten when we got to the new room in the front of the facility that room had a dirty sink we just stayed and dealt with it.
You get what you pay for, not as bad as some reviews reflect/
This hotel is a typical Days Inn, very clean and an excellent value for the money. A nice light breakfast is included, and everything was lovely. Nice friendly staff. There was nothing I didn't like. I loved it!!
For the price I suppose that I got what I paid for. The whole place is run down and the reception staff member was not knowledgeable. We left early as it was such a dump. Had to change rooms and then it only improved a small amount. A better receptionist would have improved matters!
Price Breakfast offerings Lack of newspapers w/breakfast
Staff very friendly and helpful. Great pool, nice continental breakfast, large room. Toilet seat was round, toilet was larger.
Not bad for the price. My third time staying here and I would come back.
Location No soap or shampoo
Very helpful staff.
The parking lot was freshly paved with new lines painted in. The rooms had a terrible odor. I switched rooms twice due to the strong smell of mold or mildew. Also, in the last room I finally settled in, there was bloody mucus smeared on the wall next to the bed, and trash on the floor under the bed. When I awoke in the morning, I found blood smeared on the sheets. I prayed it was there the night before and I missed it, that it was not a sign of bed bugs.
Breakfast was provided; toast, oatmeal, bagels, fresh made waffles, coffee, pre-made eggs. Room smelled musty, as I'm sure a lot of Florida motel rooms do because of the humidity.
