I stay in a lot of hotels for work and personnel trips. This is the first time we had roaches in our room. Not one but four. And we were in the second floor. Totally disgusting. The beds were not comfortable at all. I will not stay here again nor recommend to others.
Very polite staff! Clean rooms! Clean pool.
Very spacious, friendly staff, clean. Great value for the price. We were just stopping through on a road trip, and it met all of our needs.
The breakfast staff seemed short handed. They seemed to have plenty of food but not enough people to bring it out as fast as people were eating it on a Sunday morning.
Check-in was easy, the room was very comfortable and clean, and had nice touches like a refrigerator and microwave, plenty of space for bags, plenty of outlets, and enough towels for everyone. Facility was also clean and comfortable. Staff was INCREDIBLY nice! A great spot to rest for a day or two in the middle of our road trip.
The parking lot was under construction, which is fine, but it made it look like the hotel was closed down. The TV was confusing; the paper channel guide didn’t match the TV guide channel. Once food and drinks ran out during breakfast and afternoon reception, most items did not get refilled. Toaster was broken, there wasn’t any butter at breakfast, and the only beverages available in the afternoon was beer. Also, the name of the hotel wasn’t posted anywhere in the room. If you travel a lot, it’s hard to keep track of which hotel you’re staying at.
The room was nice and bed was comfortable.
There was a huge problem with booking. I was back and forth between the online agency and the hotel. The hotel even told me I had no room. It was finally sorted out, but was a stressful situation.
