Pros: The first room has been smoked in so front desk came up to confirm and move us to a new room. The second room had a person in the building close by smoking all night. Traveling with 2 asthmatic children made for a tough stay we checked out very early due to the smoky hotel room.
Cons: This is a nonsmoking property with multiple smokers violating that policy and lots of air freshener to TRY and cover up the smoky smell. This was a first for me and I do not plan on staying at that property again.

Cons: The only thing that was a negative was went to breakfast and there were some bagels that had mold growing on them. And I am not really blaming the hotel for this because it seems to be a common problem at hotels. I have stayed at a number of hotels lately that have had the same problem and the only thing I do not understand is that my bagels at home never get mold on them. I keep mine in the refrigerator though.

Cons: Housekeeping came in and all we could tell they did was made the beds on Friday on Saturday they did not do anything in the room beds not made no shampoo and no clean towels I had to go to the front desk and get clean towels other then getting towels they made no attempt to correct the situation . Cons: I'm really not sure where to start. So it's probably best to just give a list of the items. 1. The elevator was broken when we got there, and wasn't repaired until later in the evening. 2. The rooms were small. We had 2 Queens and a pullout, and there is NO way those beds were Queen sized; they were double beds at best. They were also extremely uncomfortable. 3. The comforter on one of the beds had a huge yellow stain, and the pullout mattress was incredibly stained. We also had to ask for sheets for the pullout. 4. We took our kids to the pool, and the room was stifling hot, but the pool was freezing cold. "Heated" indoor pool must mean, "Heated room" instead. 5. The room had the smallest TV I've ever seen in a hotel, but the worst part was the cable went in and out all night. It crackled and cut out constantly. 6. The breakfast was very disappointing. The biscuits didn't even look to be cooked all the way. They had a cover over them and they were all soggy. The eggs were also soggy. The waffle mix was so thick it barely came out. The coffee tasted awful. The worst part of our stay was realizing that we could have spent less money to stay at a better hotel. We only booked here because it had good reviews and was the first one I found which had a room with 2 beds and a pullout. We would have been MUCH better off with a room elsewhere with only 2 beds. This was just an overall very disappointing experience.

Pros: The biggest A+ was the staff who were friendly and helpful, even when we made a room change to be away from the pool. The 8-10 yr old baseball tournament was that weekend, and still they managed to find us a quiet room. Also important was that the hotel is far enough off of highway I-70 that there were no highway noises at night. Breakfast was very good, choices included eggs, canadian bacon, oatmeal already made in a crockpot-like devise with brown sugar, nuts, raisins to mix in, and make-your-own waffles. Milk grade school style (in individual 8 oz cartons skim or 2%), chobani greek yogurt or dannon yogurt with fruit, fresh apples + bananas, assorted breads and cereals, coffee and tea. Everything in the lobby, hallways, and our room was clean and well kept, We played some bingo and a few board games in the lobby that evening and they made coffee fresh for us. Awesome staff!

After complaining, the front desk allowed me to take it to my room. The following morning, I found that all the cyclist took their bikes to their room. After checking in, into a double queen, the room I reserved was a mess. There was trash, food in the fridge, dirty towels, and the tv was still on. We let the front desk know and we were moved into a king. Because there were two people staying in the room, a king was not ideal. The pictures on booking.com did not look like the rooms they had. Overall the front desk, who claimed to be the manager there, did a terrible job, accommodating guests and ensuring a clean room.

She then got "guessing manager..which was giving me dirty looks everytime i walk outside..to smoke" when she got to my room . i had 2 of my friends come by .to give me a ride.so they was in there to. I had a half cigerate in my mouth. (Not Lit ) We was just starting to take stuff to the car. She started to get loud and very disrespectful . using slanders such as (bum and nasty ) referring it has my name. Then told me i was not getting my deposit back . she was making sure of it. After we took my stuff to the car. We i was going to go back in. To clean up. The mini fridge didnt have a freezer. I didnt realize it untill morning. When they melted. I was unable too. Because she said if i came back in. She was calling the cops.

Pros: This motor lodge sits along the National Road and was bypassed by the interstate's construction, so now it serves an idiosyncratic range of local visitors, construction crews, and economy travelers. The facilities are showing their age, the bathroom is functional but definitely aging, and a relatively new TV was not working in our room. There is not a ton of stuff nearby on outskirts of Terre Haute, but Rose-Hulman is very close and there is a scatter of modest restaurants and some stores in the area, albeit not walkable distance.

Pros: Easy check in and out. We checked out and then we were having motorcycle issues. Needed to use the bathroom asked about a public bathroom and they gave us a key to our room.
Cons: Could have been a little more updated. The security door lock was broken. The bathroom linens need to have softener, very rough.

Pros: The best part of the vist was the microwave. It was a smart microwave and seemed a little out of place from oldness of the room so it caught me by surprise.

Cons: Booked on website ahead of time, and was charged a different price, (more expensive) when I arrived plus was put in a one bed room instead of a double bed. When I approached the worker ir owner, she raised her voice almost yelling about the situation and refused to look over the booking record I had saved on my phone. There was one bath towel, one wash rag, one bar of soap, and 2 cups. No shampoo or ice containers. Hair was in the bathtub, no toilet lid cover, 2 flat pillows that made it very uncomfortable to sleep and the extremely loud heating and cooling system that kicked on and off threw out the night scaring my 2 babies that were trying to sleep. Very rude and poor customer service.

Cons: Everything. It was horrible. My room didnt have a smoke detector. The manager acted like it was a major inconvenience when I requested a new room with one. Police in the parking lot. The other clientele was questionable and a few weeks before there was an armed robbery there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
