Pros. Upon a rival they had gotten our reservation incorrect. When we gave the staff a chance to make it right they were apologetic, and gave us a much nicer room with no extra charge. The facility itself was very upscale... for Terre Haute standards anyway.
Cons. They let the college kids park their cars in their lot when they go out to the bars. Despite several signs they do not tow non guests. My wife and I went out to a wedding and came back around midnight completely exhausted. But the lot had filled up, the Hilton lot across the way had filled up, and we had to park a block and a half away in a parking garage. I cold only imagine making that trek with Children in tow! They paid for the garage, but that's not the point. After a hefty price tag you had better pack comfortable shoes, because the red carpet is anything but rolled out!
